I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Left my car for a possible transmission problem. Left messages for an update and never got a call back. After a week and a half, I went and nothing had been done. I was told that there was only one transmission specialist and they were backed up. I gave them another week but become frustrated and took my Heep somewhere else

This dealership has a great team and they pay attention to detail! I had the absolute easiest car shopping experience of my life at this dealership. Howard, Sebastian, and Aldo helped me with the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle. From the start, Howard helped me find the right car, covered all the features of the car, and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location!

I made an appointment for routine oil change and still had to wait 4 hours. The waiting area is in between the parts and service counter, very small inconvient and uncomfortable.

Went in to get my car serviced.
Went in to get my car serviced. After being told various time frames to expect my car back, I never received any calls. Had to pester to get any word back. My issue was never fixed. And they broke my key while it was in their care. Refused to fix it, had to go get my own key and get it cut due to the outrageous price they wanted for my key.

I agree, very accurate description of Alfredo’s dedication, expertise and effort to do the job beyond the basic description and expectation. His service was definitely at a whole different level and thus, the review.
The issue wasn’t resolved properly.
The issue wasn’t resolved properly. When I received my vehicle the problem was still in effect. Three out of the four tires were over inflated to 53 lbs while the fourth was normal. It took 5 days to diagnose the issue that is still in effect. I need to go back to the dealer to finally fix the issue. Another huge issue was they didn’t offer any loaners and I had to come out of pocket nearly $500 to utilizes a vehicle. Not a satisfied customer
