I was a little late but everyone was very respectful and

I was a little late but everyone was very respectful and worked hard on my vehicle! It did not take a lot of time and the car looks amazing. The gentlemen in charge of my car was wonderful as were all the staff!

I don't know a lot about cars but was mistreated, laughed

I don't know a lot about cars but was mistreated, laughed at, and embarrassed by employees and supervisor. It was the most horrible experience yet from a mechanics shop. In retaliation, I believe that they disconnected my radio which worked fine before I went in. I'm to embarrassed and angry to go in and asked for it to be fixed.

I’ve been a customer of Bell Honda for many years.

I’ve been a customer of Bell Honda for many years. We have bought a few cars and taken them for service there and I’ve been happy with them. This is the first time I’ve had Joshua as my service rep. I am very pleased with the service he gave me and I recommend him and Bell Honda. Also one of the techs noticed that one of my tires had a bubble. I went straight to the tire store and they replaced it. Thank you!
