My 88 year old mother in Phoenix urgently needed a "new to her" Honda Civic. AJ went above and beyond to help us out. I am in Virginia. I picked out a Honda Civic for my mother from their inventory and AJ drove out to her house, helped her through the paperwork and then later delivered the car to her! He treated her with respect and patience.

Very disappointed with my experience. The service was not at all satisfactory. Not all of the problems I reported were fixed, and I also have a couple of recalls that could not be addressed because the dealership did not have the required equipment. I was told that I would receive a call once the equipment was available, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, the lack of communication and incomplete service was very frustrating. I expected much better service and follow-through from the dealership.
