HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I wouldn't purchase a vechicle from this dealership if they were the last one on the planet. We made arrangements, appointment confirmed, and on our way to the dealership, Matthew called to advise that the vehicle we were purchasing was being sold. We were told that a deposit was not necessary and the vehicle would be held for us to purchase. Complete waste of time, chose another franchise if your in AZ and wish to work with a dearship that has ethics and morals.

I recently bought a 2026 CRV hybrid. I walked in looking for a 2024 crv after test driving it and falling in love with the car I ask what’s the difference in numbers from a 2024 to a brand new 2026 crv. After the sales team work hard to give me the best deal I was able to give my wife a brand new CRV! Starting a new family they definitely got some weight off my shoulders it was still a lengthy process but while we were waiting Aman which is the manager gave my pregnant wife a homemade cookie. If that doesn’t show the service that Earnhardt Honda provides I don’t know what does. Very impressive by the professionalism and plan on coming back for any future vehicles!!!

I've been bringing my car to Earnhardt Honda Service Department for years. I have the pleasure of having Karyn the service manager be my direct advisor. No matter how busy, she is always thoughtful, friendly, and professional. I've always felt that she really cares about making sure that I have piece of mind knowing my car is operating correctly and safe for me and my family! Its comforting when you know that you have a relationship that you can trust.

I had a great experience at Earnhardt Honda working with Robert Dixon. The entire process was truly no pressure, which made a huge difference compared to other dealerships. There were no surprise fees or added charges—everything was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Matthew ranger was awesome today, came to my home and picked me up in newer vehicle that he believed I would like and he was absolutely correct.
