Excellent Customer Service @ Earnhart Honda

I purchased my very first car this past Sunday. My experience was incredible! Michael Corado was my Salesperson. He did a fabulous job looking for the exact car I wanted. He was professional, polite, super knowledgeable and tons of fun! His genuine kindness made my experience very pleasant! I then was directed to the Finance Department with Ron Sedakis. Ron was fabulous! He did not pressure me, but rather educated me on the various warranties. He was equally kind, professional and had a wonderful sense of humor. Both Mike and Ron made my experience seamless and super delightful! I am so grateful that they assisted me. It was an unforgettable experience, making two new friends (Mike and Ron) and driving away in a beautiful, brand new, 2018 vehicle! I would highly recommend Earnardt Honda along with Michael and Ron and their excellent customer service!

It’s was an fast service and didn’t wait that long I enjoyed eating the popcorn and cookies that was there the guy that set my service was friendly and nice

Grat Experience Again!

The Honda Civic was the second new vehicle we have purchased from Earnhardt Honda in Avondale. Both vehicles were sold to us by Tom Daniels. We had such a wonderful experience thru him the first time in October 2017 when we bought our new Accord that when we were in the market for a second new vehicle this summer he was the first person we thought of. Now let me tell you, I really thought I wanted a Toyota as I was raised on them. I just appeased my husband by going to look at Honda’s again. I also felt strongly about seeing Tom as well. One of the first questions I asked Tom was if they had a Toyota dealership. The answer was yes, but it was in Scottsdale. He graciously told me he would be willing to take us over there if I had my heart set on a Toyota. I then took the Honda Civic for a test drive and fell in love with it. I am a hard sell though and insisted on a specific color and features. Although, they didn’t have one like I wanted on the lot, Tom quickly checked incoming inventory, found one and earmarked it for me. He called a few days later to set up a pick-up date on a Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was out as we had a laundry list of items that had to be done. Unbeknownst to us, Tom was off on Sunday but yet set up an appt. for us on that day! He spent quite a bit of time with us because we had paperwork to sign thru finance as well as doing a visual on the car and setting up my phone to the computer on it. Overall, we are thrilled with the car and appreciated all the time Tom spent with us making sure things were right. He was very laid back and courteous with a vast knowledge of his business. We would highly recommend seeing Tom Daniels if you have any need for a new or used car in your future! Thanks Tom!

Sorry, not a good review

I went with my goddaughter, around Honda's closing time, to help her pick out a car. We were greeted by a very nice young man, outside, who escorted us into the building. He gave my god grandson a coloring book and crayons which I thought was very nice. He also gave us cold bottles of water. We were then greeted by a young man from their finance department. He was trembling and smelled of alcohol. He was pleasant while talking to us but the things he was saying and the lack of follow through was horrible. My goddaughter said her Audi was worth $2500 according to KBB. He told her he wished he could find "Kelly" because her car was only worth $1000. Now mind you, they have listed on their website KBB is the source they use to value trade-ins. They began to talk finance and she told him her co-signers were in another state. He told her that knocked out half of the companies they use to finance cars. He thanked us for coming in and basically dismissed us. He never researched the companies she may have been approved by. We sat there for a minute kinda stunned. As we were walking out the door, we see him speeding past us. My goddaughter and god grandson, who is 3 has been in a hot car for over 2 months because she can't use the A/C. It's been 118, in the shade here in AZ, and they have been very close to heat exhaustion. She really needed a car. I'm 60 and it made me sick being in the car because it is so hot here. I was very disappointed in this dealership. Everyone was pleasant but that's not the point when you have a very desperate situation like the one we're in.
