Best service from a dealer I've ever had.

Had my routine servicing done on my BMW 328d the other day. Had to also replace a run flat tire that had a nail, which the tire & wheel insurance covered. And because the tires had about 30,000 miles, there was enough wear that I had to purchase another tire to match front or rear, otherwise steering would pull left or right. My service advisor, Jeremy, was great as always. He price matched the tire I had to purchase with another tire shop that offered it at a lower price. They had my car all shiny and clean when I picked it up. I've always had the best service and attention to detail from Jeremy and Chapman BMW. I would highly recommend them for service & sales.

Great Service

Tony is my Service adviser and he always greets me with a professional and friendly attitude. He gave me an approximate estimate of 2 hr for my service and they actually finished up 30 minutes early. They checked out the vehicle and everything is fine until my next service. Previously, I had taken my 2012 Z4 to another shop but Chapman did some warranty work and they were so friendly and professional, I've changed to a Chapman Customer for all my maintenance needs for this vehicle.

Wheel Alignment visit

It was easy to set up an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. I arrived a little early and was processed in right away by my service advisor. The work was completed in about 2 hours, and the car is running great. It removed a noticeable vibration from the front end. Since I waited, I took advantage of the great cappuccino machine and enjoyed coffee and a donut. The cost was reasonable and the people very friendly. My service advisor Tony has been taking care of my cars for many years, and doing a great job.

Always a great experience!

As a former service manager with General Motors I look at my auto service experiences with a more critical eye than the average customer. For the past 13 years Chapman BMW in Chandler has never failed to impress me. Mark Ostaszewski has been our service advisor the entire time and his attention to detail, communication skills, and follow-up have proven time and again how dedicated he is to making sure his service clients are completely satisfied with their experience. Mark, and the dealership he represents are a class act, and continue to go above and beyond to earn their customer's trust with every service experience.

This is a BMW dealership?

I could write a very long detailed account of our experience at this unworthy dealership, but I will summarize. Person making appointments untrained and unknowledgeable: we were a new customer (thank goodness we did not buy here) and when I asked who we should see when we arrive she said; "Your name will be on the overhead screen with a service adviser assigned." When we arrived at the appointment that was not the case, we waited outside the vehicle and finally were checked in and waited for an adviser. Service adviser said the vehicle would be ready by 1 p.m. Our appointment was at 8 a.m. Five hours to do a routine service. By 1:30 p.m. we had not been contacted so we went to the dealership to check on the status after calling, leaving a message asking the status and no reply. When we arrived the service adviser checked his computer and said "not really sure what's happening, I will check, looks like car went in right before lunch." So can you come back when I call you?" So we returned home, two hours later he called to say car was ready and when we arrived the car had been washed and looked worse than when we dropped it off(smeared badly). These are not employee issues Chapman, these are dealership management issues. Too bad the East Valley BMW owners have no other choice but to deal with your low level of service. In the future I will drive to North Scottsdale to be sure we're provided the level of service BMW owners should receive.

Professional, Reasonable, Courteous, Competitive Pricing

We recently purchased an X5 through Bruce Kotlicky at Chapman BMW in Chandler, Arizona and it was a wonderful experience, he's very professional, courteous and treated us like gold. I highly recommend working with him, I will definitely be back to Chapman in Chandler in the future. We also recommend Jaclyn Weiser in the finance office, helped explain all of our options and did not push in one direction over the other, let us choose what we thought was best, amazing and intelligent lady. Genius Bar needs to hire more mature and seasoned "geniuses" that can answer ALL questions, Phoenicia Falcon was unable to multiple questions about the car, disappointed she didn't know more. Otherwise

Easy to do business

I didn't feel pressured. They we accommodating to my wants without trying to sell me something else. The deal offered was very fair and quick without a lot of back and forth negotiating.

New to the BMW Family

Having been a long time loyalist to Acura, I wanted to try something new. While some may opt for the plunge, I decided to dip my toe in and try out a CPO BMW. Working with my client advisor, Travis Tinney made the process smooth and easy. He worked with us every step of the way...even when I wanted to try out a 4-series located at their other location. He got it sent over and really provided a great customer experience!
