Purchased a Ford F-150 2018 from this dealership that is having serious issues which may be the transmission (will have a mechanic look at). I asked about the slight jerking on the test drive and the salesperson said it had been through an inspection and passed. Now that we drove it home it has serious jerking at start up. I had asked for a more throrough inspection of the transmission but the manager refused. I believe the management, sales person knew about the defect in the vehicle but were not forthright in the condition of the vehicle. I have purchased several used vehicles before and have never had a problem until purchasing from this dealership. Buyer beware!

The General Manager, Paul Glans, stepped in and got us a service appointment right away. He also got us copies of all of our paperwork that needed to be emailed to us. My review is to complement the exemplary service of Sam Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Hybrid, 2 door sporty coupe. He is amazing, awesome and treated us with the utmost respect and went over and above to make sure my vehicle was serviced with meticulous care. He got me a rental car through Hertz for approximately 4 days because of the lengthy process with my worthless warranty company, AGW (American Guardian Warranty) and the hoses, parts that had to be ordered as my vehicle is a hybrid, 2014 Cadillac ELR, a sporty 2 door coupe which I'm looking to replace here shortly, although this process was extremely lengthy from 06/25/25 - 07/12/25 (over 2 weeks it was not any fault of Mr. Mendoza's) when I got my car back as my husband went and picked up my vehicle. Mr. Mendoza did everything within his authority to get us a good price and looked for discounts to help us. I am extremely pleased with the care and concern he took in taking care of my vehicle needs as he has done several times before and I will continue to bring my vehicle into this dealership for him to handle all of my car needs. The staff within itself is very friendly and accommodating. I did leave a detailed message for his Manager, Michael as of 07/24/25, Thursday to let him know how amazing Sam is but never received a returned call, however I felt that someone in Management should be cognizant of his skills which are anything short of immaculate. Thank you, Sam for always taking good care of us, being very accommodating and cheerful and we will be in to give you a gift to show our appreciation for a job well done. She is driving and performing like a Boss on the streets! We truly appreciate you and will continue to trust you with my baby!

Hassle-free. I made a reasonable offer. It was accepted. Done. To me, the exceptional thing about Coulter Cadillac, is that I was able to buy a car off the lot, without nearly $4,000 of dealer installed: nitrogen in the tires, door-edge guards, wheel locks, ceramic paint coating, etc. that another dealer added to the price, and then discounted. I have previously bought 2 other new cars in the Phoenix area, and both had the long list of add-ons. Going forward, definitely not something that I will accept.
