I bought a pre-owned Chevy Suburban from Coulter and had a great experience. We visited and talked to several other dealers and salespeople on Saturday but Bill Durst and Coulter stood out as the best. Bill was extremely helpful and took more of an advisory role than an aggressive sales one. Ryan in Finance also served us well—the process was quick and easy. As a new AZ resident, we came to Coulter Cadillac in 2015. We were not sure what vehicle we were interested in, but Dureen Olson lead us in the right direction for our growing family and we went with the Buick Enclave. Their service department, especially Gary Shimp, have been very helpful throughout the years as well. The fact that they come to your home and pick-up your vehicle for service, having two children under the ages of 2, really helped me out. Cut to almost 4 years later, all I had to do was give Dureen a quick call with the specs on the new vehicle we needed and she had one pulled and ready for us. She answered all of our questions and even took us to see other models on the lot as we requested, but honestly she had already had the vehicle for us before we even knew it. She worked with us and we are so happy we went back to see her for our new lease. Thanks Dureen!

This is the second Encore that we have leased from Coulter. Coulter was originally recommended to us by a friend. I think the easiest way to explain why I gave Coulter a 5-star rating is that if I was not totally pleased with their sales and service personnel, I would not have come to Coulter for a second car.

Had a nice experience at this dealership with Bill and was set up with a beautiful GMC Terrain! Informed of my budget and was able to achieve it within a reasonable range. Definitely recommend!

Phenomenal people to deal with from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance manager. Never felt pressured during the experience and was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
