My entire family uses Armand to service all of our GM vehicles. He has provided us with, by far, the best car service experience that any of us have ever had. We will continue to buy GM vehicles largely because we know we can bring them to Armand. He is as good as they get. I would be surprised if I every find better customer service… in any industry.

My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Legends Cadillac. We were shopping for a 2011 SRX Lease and Allen Hall found the exact color and options we were looking for. I would highly recommend using Legends Cadillac, and will be visiting them for my next car purchase.

This was our first experience with Legends Cadillac and I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism from the sales team of Allen and Paul. We traded in my wifes Mercedes and Allen found the exact car that my wife wanted. The level of service provided at Legends Cadillac is second to none, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

My wife's vehicle broke down on a Tuesday night. I called Armand at 5PM and he sent a tow truck within an hour. My wife's vehicle was found to have a faulty throttle body. Armand kept me updated throughout the day and had the vehicle repaired in less the 24 hours.

Julie and Jim were great it was a pleasure to deal with them. The truck was the reason we went to this dealership we had also found other vehicles but the people here is why we didn't go any further and bought here. I guess it is their kind of ethics that made it the pleasure it was to meet these people and enjoy buying a vehicle from them. I will highly recomend them and they will have our patronage in the future. This dealership is the definition of professional in our books.

The dealer delivered as he said he would. Car was ready, clean and the features were explained to my satisfaction. Nice environment to conduct business in. No high pressue. Classy organization, I would visit them again in the futre. Service contact was introduce to me and procedures were explained. Overall good feeling

Although Taylor Roncancio is new to the dealership I believe he did an excellent job. When I arrived at the dealership he immediately started to show us the vehicles I was interested in. He was extremely friendly,showed us the features on the crossover that I was interested in and answered all the necessary questions. Overall I was very pleased with all the personnel at Legends. I would highly recommend them.

This is our second Saab from Legends. The first was preowned. I was gratified to see how generously they credited our trades. We look forward to another Saab in three or four years. If not available we'll trade for a Cadillac. These people are probably the premiere dealership in the Valley. It takes courage to enter a North Scottsdale Cadillac dealership. Everyone was pleasant and not intimidating. We felt as welcome as people looking at one hundred thousand dollar Escalades.

Charlie has outstanding product knowledge, solid credibility (a Cadillac owner, with extensive industry experience), a non-threatening, down-to-earth personality, and has the ability to quickly assess and understand the needs of the customer. He was enjoyable to work with and helped us make the right selection. Further, his negotiation style is extremely positive. We went from a day of planned car shopping / exploring to purchasing...totally unexpected.

This is our third Cadillac we have gotten from Legends Cadillac. My first two were on a lease. This time we decided to purchase. Each time the transaction went smoothly, with customer service being of the utmost importance. My new SRX was delivered on time with attention to detail. The sales staff knew it was a birthday present for me, so it even had a big white bow on the hood when I went to pick it up. I can't say enough about the fabulous customer service my husband and I received from Jim Seawards, Don Tracy and the rest of the Legends staff.
