Great experience, Omar R. was very helpful and despite low inventories he was in constant contact with me over a period of a couple weeks to let me know when the vehicle was on the lot and I was able to hurry down and purchase the truck I wanted and leave with the vehicle the same day despite the fact it was just offloaded from the truck when I got there

By far the WORST service center I've been too. Multiple times I've experienced just plan terrible service and management can careless to address issues. Can go on and on but nothing will change here, I wish I hadn't purchased extended warranty so I didn't have to go back there ever. Thinking of trading my vehicle in so I can just avoid it all together.

Even through a difficult situation with the vehicles being transported to the dealership, new vehicles, Mike worked hard to ensure the vehicles were in their way and kept us informed along the way. The purchase process was easy and quick. I’ve never spent so little time buying a car in and out!

We did this deal over the phone for the most part. Then a two hour drive to the dealership. Everything was set up and ready for us when we arrived. Justin, Amy, and Ray made this a very pleasant experience. The "bottom line" concept they use to sell vehicles is up front and very clear and concise. This will be our dealer of choice from now on.

They messed up my brand new and tried to blame it on me....
They messed up my brand new and tried to blame it on me. Took way longer then they said they would. And charged me for something that a was already supposed to be covered
