Authorized 775.00 worth of work on my Infiniti on July 29, 2018, but when I pick it up, the bill is over 1600.00!! I showed on my phone where they requested additional work be done, and I checked “not today” on all of it. One of his advisors said they called and got a verbal or, which is NOT TRUE!! J CADY actually called me a liar !! Ironically, several weeks later I get a call from Infiniti of Scottsdale asking when I planned to get these recommended issues taken care of? I laughed because they even had the proof I denied wanting the work done!! Was told the GM would call..it’s October 4 and I’m still waiting!!
