    always held Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Peoria as one of the best for their service department; nevertheless, their Used Car Sales is another story! Traded... my 2014 Ram 2500 for a lower priced truck since I didn't need to haul a big trailer anymore. Paid more for the other truck than KBB and NADA because they promised to do all the necessary repairs and promised to be done in 2 days. First, although I provided a clear and free title for my truck, they informed me that the check for the difference in value would take 20 days because they needed to check for liens? (The title was free and clear) So, instead of me earning the interest, you want to hold it for yourself? After a discussion with my wife, we determined to cancel the deal. I call the next day and speak to the sales person and finance and they said it was normal procedure and the manager will call me the same day. Guess? No call. So I call the next day, Joe R., a sales manager asks me to come over to discuss the issue. Arrive an hour later and a different manager meet me and explain it was a misunderstanding and they can issue the check that same afternoon or in the morning. I asked about the status of repairs on the truck and he informs me that they are awaiting for parts and should be done in the morning. I informed him that I expect the truck and the check to be ready in the morning and to call. That if the truck is not ready by Noon, the deal is over and that I either get my truck back or a check for the value of the truck. So, the next day, I never got a call. So, I arrive at the dealer at 1:30 pm and the sales person runs out to meet me and I told him the deal was over. The salesman, Carlos A., proceeds to tell me that he called me. I told him he was lying. He said he left a voicemail; I showed him my cell phone and turned on the voicemail, and no voice mail. Another lie. Then he proceeds to blame the phone system at the dealership; another lie. He says all this in front of the receptionist; no shame at all with lying! Furthermore, the predator Sales Managers, including Joe R., proceed with their stalling games playing tag with each other, engaging me in conversation for the next 3 hours. They finally bring out the truck and a check. I proceed to drive the truck home with soaked interior seats from the shampoo treatment. They even place a plastic bag on the drivers seat (So kind by Carlos A.), still, I got all my clothing wet, a strong chemical stench from the cleaning. When I got home, had to throw my clothes in the washer and take a shower due to developing a rash on my arm when it got exposed to the soaked interior as shown in the pictures. Left all the windows rolled down to help it dry, nevertheless, they were still damp with the same chemical stench. also noticed there was no spare tire. It is the third day and leaving the windows open, interior is still damp and the chemical odor is still there. Called the salesman, Carlos A. and as usual, all he blurted was excuses and lies and finally, the words I knew he was going to say: "Its a used vehicle and As-Is". So, in a nutshell, if you trade or buy a vehicle for Larry Miller Dodge, be ready to be fleeced, lied, stalled and more! If they promise you anything, get it in writing too! They are not trustworthy and they are there just to make their sale and get their commission.

    They called me back the same day I sent a message, my advisor Chris was thoroughly polite and professional, the paperwork was quick and easy, and I was... treated just as well on a recall repair as if I had been a paying customer. This is the kind of service I expect from dealerships (sadly, so many are lacking) and LHM and Chris delivered!

    This review is on the collision center- I brought my truck in for an estimate of repair (not an insurance claim) and the staff was very friendly and helpful... in person, Sam checked it out and told me he would email me a quote within a couple days. After a few days passed without receiving an email or phone call, I reached out and left a voicemail stating that I hadn’t heard back. Another day went by without getting a response, so I called again, and I again got no answer so I left another voicemail. Again, I didn’t get a response. Later, I tried again and actually spoke with Sam, he verified my contact information and told me he would email the quote. I did not receive it. A couple of days passed, and I called and spoke with one of the employees at the front desk, who told me Sam was not in his office, but that she would leave a message on Sam’s desk to return my call. Three business days have passed and I have not gotten a response.     Went it just to browse new vehicles & left with a 2018 Dodge Ram. Our salesman, Iran took good care of us. This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer.... Great incentives! Matt in finance does a great job as well.

    Have an Nissan Altima. Hit a curb and blew 2 tires on Bell rd. Able to make it to. this Dodge service. Extremely kind courteous helping me get 2 tires... and a rim. Took care of me in about 1 hr. Best service I ever had!!
