No pressure sale tactics!

This was my second car buy from Larry Miller dealerships. Both times I was treated with upmost respect and courtesy. My sales rep Andrew was cool to work with. He kept me updated on the progress of my car deal. Overall a very positive car buying experience at Larry Miller!

They are always friendly when you come into their

They are always friendly when you come into their dealership. Service department gets you out when they give you a time frame. The salesman remembers you even after months of buying a vehicle from him. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Larry Miller has been my “go to” dealership.

Larry Miller has been my “go to” dealership. Even when I lived in Colorado and visited in Phoenix and repairs were needed, I went to them. Staff is professional and courteous. The last visit I had the pleasure of working with Jason … Who is OUTSTANDING! Kept me informed of repairs and understood my need for expedited repairs. Jason is a true gentleman and I appreciate his “Yeoman Efforts”!

Dishonest

Recently I sent a referral to Larry Miller Hyundai. My sister accidentally went to the Larry Miller Dodge dealership. Adrian BOLD FACE LIED to her when she asked for our salesman, Edgar. Instead of letter her know she was at the wrong dealership he said, "Edgar isn't here today, but he'll get credit for this sale, if you purchase a vehicle". I later found out that she was at the wrong dealership. I called and spoke to Adrian AND Rodney, who both condescendingly told me this was a simple communication error, because they do, in fact, have an Edgar, as well. This was completely false information. They do NOT have an Edgar. This morning I spoke with the GM, Joel Ryan, who apologized profusely and said he will address the issue and they will "do better". He confirmed for me that they didn't have an Edgar, and wanted to place emphasis how happy my sister is with her vehicle, and how that's what's most important. (It is not what's most important.) While I appreciate him saying that, I am skeptical he will do anything with these lying employees. Here's my thought. Integrity is either something you have or don't have, and Adrian, who is a manager, does not have it. If he isn't reprimanded formally, then Larry Miller Dodge, as a whole, isn't doing their job. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles in the past 3 months, from Larry Miller Hyundai, from Edgar Garay. If you are looking for a vehicle, I strongly suggest you go see him and stay far away from Larry Miller Dodge, and specifically, Adrian or Rodney.
