Aaron Witt Service Advisor
Aaron replaced a battery in my 2017 3500 Ram truck after testing the both batteries because it was under warranty even though everyone says if you have to replace one battery replace them both. Aaron did an outstanding job.

If you are looking for a Dodge of any size, shape or color, you'd be smart to do like I did and go see Rudi at Larry Miller Dodge Ram Peoria. Admit it...you loathe the thought of spending ours at a car dealer. Well, if you know what you want, the hard part is out of the way. The rest is easy and fun at Larry Miller Dodge Ram Peoria. Fast fun and easy
I honestly cannot say enough about my salesman, Burudi "Rudi" Mwonyonyi. Good looking, classy, smart, and he laughs at my jokes. On top of all that, he really busts his tail to get you exactly what you're looking for. If you aren't sure what you're looking for, go see him anyway and he'll give you some options for sure. Dodge makes a great product. I've owned a 65 Cuda to a 19 Charger...and a 1500 and 2500 to boot.

Mailer Scam
So this is the third time I've tried to write this negative review each time before I submit it goes away. The mailer is a SCAM it showed I won a TV. So I went to LM Dodge and they said I won $5. I said TV they said I qualified to win TV. So what the genius did who sent this out lost a potential customer for ever. I will not do business with a company so deceptive.

Our representative Scott was friendly courteous and professional. He was understanding of our service needs and was extremely helpful in getting our needs met. The brewed coffee and treats were great to have available to us while we waited for our Dodge truck to be serviced.

Awesome Service Experience.
Called Pete Pabst at LMD Service in Peoria AZ recently. He made me an appt for my 2016 Ram as I had a few recalls to address , oil change due and a power train issue. I dropped it off on the morning of the set appt. Pete was awesome; jovial as usual - big smile. He took the keys and had it all ready set up. Called me a few hours later in the afternoon on my cell directly - all done. Pete left the keys at the desk and I picked up the Ram with no issues after service was closed but dealership was open. The truck runs great and all issues fixed. Thanks again Pete. I will only work with Pete. He treats me with respect even though I am one of hundreds of customers that he sees. He also acknowledges Veterans which makes me trust him. Keep up the good work LMD Service and buy Pete lunch!
