Honest, Empathetic, Reliable. Omgggggg!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin so I bought my car here Dodge Challenger, proud owner!!! I had not been having any issues with my car since purchasing, but recently had a few issues I took into another shop and they misdiagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle and caused other issues. So already feeling upset that I didn’t take my car back to the dealership originally, because hey, we all know prices are higher at the dealer, I called in to set up an appointment with the dealership and worked with John to explain to him what had been happening from the very beginning with my car and the auto shop I had working on it. John literally put my mind at ease and explained to me, very clear what he would do for me and even confirmed with the auto shop. He reassured me once Dodge had my car, they would inspect it thoroughly as well as the work the other mechanic did on it. Long story short, Dodge was able to diagnose my issue in less than 24 hours a day, where the shop I took it to had it dam near car a week, doing the wrong repairs! Now I was given a very reasonable price for my auto repair by Dodge dealership and after my auto shop realized they messed up, they later did right as They’re paying for the repair at 100%!! So long story short take your car to the dealership. Let them put your mind at ease. Lol Don’t use a tire shop for car repairs lesson learned! THANK YOU JOHN FOR HAVING MY BACK!

I had a 11:30 AM appointment set up with Josh.

I had a 11:30 AM appointment set up with Josh. I brought the truck down to the dealership. Josh came out and I told him what was wrong and told me that they would get on it right away and would probably have it done by the end of the day. I received a call two hours later from Josh letting me know that the vehicle is ready for pick up. I was surprised it was done so quickly great job Josh!
