What a comfortable experience, Wow! The Wife and I were hesitant about buying another new vehicle because of past pushy, lengthy experiences. We started out at another Dodge dealership on I-17 and Bell. What a mistake! The salesman acted like he was short for time and doing us a favor by answering his questions. Not listening to what our needs were. We walked out and went to Larry H Miller of Peoria. We met Austin Perry, What a nice young man, and very knowledgable of the Ram Trucks. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and he listen to what our needs were. He had no problem showing us multiple trucks until we found the one we felt really good about. After all his patience with us, I told Austin I really wanted to sleep on this decision tonight. Wasn't completely sure of the 2 colors I was struggling with. This is where things usually go south for me, based on past experiences. Usually, you can only get the deal if you sign the deal at that moment. Austin told us he would be there in the morning and we could do the deal then. Needless to say, I showed up the next morning and bought my truck. P.S. I also met their Customer Relations Director, Bruce Weiss. Bruce walked up with a huge smile and introduced himself to my wife and I, and asked if we had any questions or concerns that we could call him directly, and gave me his card. The whole team was awesome. I would highly recommend Larry H Miller for a better vehicle buying experience. Happy Holidays LHM Britt Family
