We purchased several cars from Larry Miller Hyundai on

We purchased several cars from Larry Miller Hyundai on Bell Rd. over the years. We have passed the older cars down to our kids or other relatives. One of the cars we passed down to my son was 2011 Hyundai Sonata. When the car was 9 years old the car's engine locked up at 80,000 miles. We took it into Larry Miller's shop and found out the drive train was warranted for 100,000 miles and the car was also under a recall for the same problem. The engine was replaced and returned back to use about two weeks later. About 6 months ago and about after 30,000 miles the engine completely blew up. There was nothing but smoke and oil everywhere. We took it back to Larry Miller to find out what had happened. This time the Dealer said they would not fix the car or even talk to us about how an engine with only 30,000 miles would completely fail. I myself have been a mechanic for close to 50 years so I decided to pull the engine myself. What I found was an engine that was nothing but junk. This engine had burned out valves, old and broken piston rings and to my best estimate this engine had to have over 200,000 miles on it. In my opinion Larry Miller had taken my car in and stuck a junk engine in it and returned the car back to me because they felt that I would never know. The average customer would never know that this was the type of warranty work that was being performed on their cars by Larry Miller. I also had a newer Santa Fe with 40,000 miles it. Two weeks ago, I traded the car for a Toyota. I have no trust in Larry Millers. warranty work.

Janel was amazing and she helped us out until the end!

Janel was amazing and she helped us out until the end! She was very friendly and enthusiastic about helping us but also not pushy at all! I would definitely recommend her to anyone else I know that would be looking into a new car/truck. The dealership themselves helped us find a deal that worked for us and kept on working with us until then, they stayed very late to make a deal work!

My husband is bored while I work full time, can't keep an eye on my lonely husband. He went to LarryMiller, and they graciate him as a veteran so he trusts them,While he was blabbing away inside the nang, office, they removed all his stuff from a truck he had bought the remand put the plates on a new Suv.Then said sign here for credit check, instead he was signing for this suv.!Then steered him outside and said"Congragulationsmyour new Suv!".embarrassed,my husband drove away. When I found out,I contacted US Attorney general, who said"yes this is happening to elders".This is the low down way they sell cars now.He refused to fight for his rights so attorney General dropped it.Because of more of these malicious sales activities,my husband is now broke and deep in debt, losing his house.Because of Az community law I had to get a legal separation to prevent his collectors from coming after me!The guiltless stories of car salesmen are real.Sad.Beware of these folks.

Went to this dealer with the intent to buy a new vehicle.

Went to this dealer with the intent to buy a new vehicle. Was met at the door by ‘Lance’. He asked what I was looking for and I said I saw online the new Tacoma TRD Pro Trailhunter and was hoping to see one in person. He was clear they didn’t have one, asked to excuse himself and printed one from somewhere due to arrive Christmas time. He then asked if I understood that it was a $65,000 truck and I said yes, saw that online, asked if I understood what a payment looked like on a $65,000 truck and I said yes. Lance never left that one spot on the lobby floor. He let me know what color and options it had and that I could not order one with any preferences. I asked if there was a way to search for one closer to what I saw online and he advised me that I could google it anywhere in the country. I mentioned that Ram had offered to build one to my specs if I wanted to and he then went on and on demeaning that brand, said also that the war was keeping the steel market to a minimum and that effected how many of these were being built. He never asked me what I drove, what I was using this for, why I came in for this or any minor thing that could have been helpful. He also NEVER took me out to the lot, suggested an alternative or even showed any interest in actually selling me anything. He did however ask if I wanted to leave a deposit on this one truck. I asked if there was something I could drive similar since I have no experience with Toyota as a brand and he said he didn’t, this was new engine for them. He then retracted the offer for a deposit by saying ‘I won’t take a deposit if all you want is a test drive, I have REAL buyers who want this truck and won’t waste our time’ and so I said I understood that and he then handed me the print out and walked us to the front door to leave. I have never been so insulted. I have never been so dismissed. I have never been so frustrated and have never left a dealership after such a condescending and rude encounter. Lance- do better! I was a buyer that day! I was open to anything that would have met my needs. You wouldn’t have known what those were cause you didn’t ask and you decided I wasn’t a sale. I hope anyone else and everyone else has a better experience and drives off with what they want and need.

Oriana, thank you for taking the time and brining this to our attention. This behavior is 100% unacceptable and in no way is this the way we want to be remembered when you leave our dealership. We do not have any of your contact information but would like the opportunity to discuss. Please feel free to reach out. - Sean McKinnon, General Manager 623-876-3410
