Make sure that you come at the previously arranged time

Make sure that you come at the previously arranged time for a service appointment and not before. We had a 1 pm appointment time but ended up in the area at 11 am. We drove in and the service advisor very curtly told us that if we were wait, we would wait until 1 pm...our previously arranged appointment time. I asked about the signage for the "Express Lane" as we were only there for an oil change. She indicated that we would still wait until the 1 pm appointment time. We did come back at 1 pm and were out the door in 45 minutes.
