fantastic

Cannot tell you enough how much appreciated all the wonderful people i mt at you dealership./ Mr.Schilling even came out to my house when i was so dumb and could not figure out how to open my hatch, what a wonderful man . The finance manage even was human which is a first . Just a joy from beginning to the end.l

Just bought my second truck from Larry miller Toyota

I was very impressed with this dealer ship, no high pressure they let me look around ,sit in all the trucks and told me when I was ready to let them know. I even checked other brands. When I decided on the Tacoma I found the one I wanted on the internet and ask for a quote. They promptly got back to me with a call, a great price and a appointment. I went into the dealership and worked Rob Bradshaw in internet sales. Rob was great, I told him what I want for my trade he got it, he show me ten different trucks, he got me the price quoted over the phone in fact a little less. Rob was so lay back and honest ,he told me what he could do and never pressured me. In fact he work with the sale manager on my behave to get what I wanted He the took me to finance an I worked with Rene , he got me a rate that was cheaper than my credit union and I have been a member for 45 years. This is the second truck I have bought from them an I will recommend them highly to friends

Chris has been my service rep for 7 years and he is the best. He is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I never have to worry about unnecessary repairs being recommended! LHM is a great dealership.

leased a Highlander

It would help if the pictures were loaded into survey. We dealt with 3 people in sales and 1 person in finance. They were all courteous and helpful. Buying or leasing are car in never enjoyable. They all did a good job. It took 4 hours to complete the visit.

Love this place

I purchased my vehicle from the dealership and have been taking it back ever since for my routine maintenance. They are extremely professional and don't try to sell me something my vehicle doesn't need. I enjoy coming here because I know my vehicle will be taken care of properly.

confused

I inquired via email to a specific car. Within a few hours I was sent a few emails. After exchanging a few emails with internet sales, I set up a time to see the car. Upon arriving I asked for the lady I was emailing, she arrives and asked " so what are you looking for?". I was confused, the emails we exchanged clearly stated in the subject line which vehicle. I told her which vehicle I wanted to see, she said she did not know if the car was here or where it was at, she went to find it. 10 Mins later returns and says to me " it's still going to be a while". I walked the facilities for 15 mins with no sign of her. I left immediately. I get it, I was not wearing a suit and tie, I had on basketball shorts and a t-shirt, no perhaps she assumed I was just wasting her time. I have tier 1 credit, and I was willing to pay cash for that specific car too. It is very sad when people judge me based on my appearance. I am an active duty member of the U.S Armed Forces, and I have been train to protect the people of the U.S and serve my country, I was not trained to protect certain U.S citizens based on their appearance, we protect everyone!! Perhaps people should focus on customer service, and be cautious of how they treat people who are willing to give them a sale. Overall I am deeply saddened.

Great Toyota Dealership

I have been taking my 2006 Toyota Avalon to this dealership since I bought it in 2006. I have been treated professionally every time. Only once did I have a problem with this dealership, and that was I felt that every time I brought my car into have maintenance down, I felt they always found something additional had to be done to it. After complaining, they seem to back off this procedure.
