A Good Deal, and A Good Deal More. . . .

I had the inclination for sometime about purchasing a pickup. However, I had made up my mind to look for used. Then, after meeting Tim Felty and talking over the incentives Ford has on their new pickups, it only made sense to purchase the new one. Good financial incentives, good knowledge on the part of the salesman Tim Felty, a good price for my 2010 trade in, which culminated in a good deal all around for all. Ford and AutoNation sold another pickup, made another satisfied customer, so it was a good deal all around. Also, I might add that the finance person Steve that I dealt with explained everything to my satisfaction and was very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend AutoNation when looking for your next vehicle. Sincerely, D.L.Olson

great sales terrible finance

uy from Erik Strecker, he is the absolute only reason this review is not a complaint. The sales staff at auto nation ford seems to be really top notch but the finance department is crummy. The gentleman that handled my finances, his name was Chuck, was in such a rush to finish so he could go smoke a cigarette that he got me out of there without finalizing the finances. It took over a week to finally get everything taken care of and the only reason everything went through was because Erik went out of his way to make sure everything got processed. He really went above and beyond the normal duties of a salesman and did not quit helping me as soon as the sale was done, this NEVER happens with car salesmen

if someone ever threatens to run me over with their car, I hope they are driving a car purchased from this dealership...because it will NOT RUN. HOWEVER, IF YOU CARE ABOUT WISELY SPENDING YOUR MONEY, YOU SHOULD RUN FAR, FAR AWAY AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. NO ETHICS. NO QUALITY. DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS? NO INTEGRITY. I HOPE THEY DON'T PAY THEIR MANAGERS....CAUSE THEY AREN'T WORTH THE ENGINE FLUIDS LEAKING FROM YOUR "NEW" CAR.....RUN FAST

Purchase of 2010 Escape for Katy Curtis

Eric was more than accommodating. It was the first time I purchased a car by myself, and he and Jeff treated me with extreme care. I am 73 years old and I felt like I floated right through the process. The Escape was just what I wanted, and althrough my monthly payment was a little higher than I wanted, I felt it was important on the year auto to get and Extended Warranty and Gap Insurance. I was only wondering why at the cost of the Extended Warranty why it didn't cover everything! Pretty pricey. It brought my interest rate down, but my monthly payment up! I guess that is how is works. Eric was so kind to answer evening texts when I couldn't figure something out the first day and also to help me set codes, etc the first and second day. I would recommend him to anyone. Actually mentioned him to a client of mine already. Thanks to all. Katy

Great place to buy a car!

Located a car on line and requested more information. Autonation was prompt in their reply and nice to deal with over the phone. I set an appointment for the next day to look at the car. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall car buying experience. A nice facility, friendly personnel and not a lot of pressure on the sales side. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and I would purchase again in the future.

Ford Explorer

went on line asked or a blue explorer, was told we have them. Drove from Queen Creek to Scottsdale to pick up new SUV however they did not have a blue on. So I settled for a White one. So then started the finance game. Told the sales rep what we could afford, Got SUV for 60 more than I asked. Then go to finance office and pretty much called a dumb "A" if I do not take extra warranties. But not to worry got you better financing. a week later they miraculously could not get that financing. I had to drive all the way back to redo all the paperwork again. Guess what payment wen up again. Nice people but same old game

Purchased Ford Fusion Titanium 2014, preowned

I had two choices: Buy a German car again or an American car. Well I saw this beautiful FORD Fusion Titanium, white, and fell in love with it. It's mine now. The gentleman who sold it to me was David McCauley. He never pushed me into buying, was absolutely not aggressive (very important to me). He came across as very knowledgeable and was polite. I looked at the car a second time and, again, David answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Spending time with Micheal Gutierrez working on the financing was also a very good experience. He explained everything in a friendly and positive manner. I can say that about everyone I came in contact with at FORD so far. Especially I want to say THANK YOU to Ward Bizzell for being there at FORD when I bought my car. Not only did he right away, before I drove the car off the lot, connect my Phone names, etc. to the car, but he conducted the Wednesday Technology night class in such a wonderful way that even I was understanding "most of all the stuff". He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Not only that, he is interested in everyone understanding how their new car works. No matter how many questions and how late it gets, he is there and explains. He goes so far as to meet me at my house to connect my garage door opener to my car. It works now. I am amazed and ever grateful. I will be enjoying my White Thunder ! Thanks, Heike Tramposch

Bad Experience

I can write a book about the issues I've encountered with this dealership, but it's not worth my time and I don't want to disrespect the individuals that did choose to help me. But the service department was very unprofessional and unorganized. Customer service was very rude. I strongly suggest you stay away from this dealership. By all means I'm not trying to bash on AutoNation FORD, but I just don't want other individuals to go through what I went through with getting my vehicle properly diagnosed by the service department.

Happy!

I drove past 4 other car dealerships because they has used car that I was interested in. They not once pressured me into a newer car, which would have been way out of budget, and has the car waiting for me to test drive when I got there. I got all pricing right up front and there were not undisclosed fees. Tax, title and license included. The only thing that would be extra was if we wanted to warranty it. Aside from a few clerical errors in the end, which were resolved quickly, we had a flawless buying experience. I hate buying cars! Hate the whole process of searching and deciding. But this experience we had with Erik, our sales guy, made it quick and painless!

Helpful service, poor financing

My salesman, Mike B., was helpful during the purchase of my first hybrid vehicle. He made the process simple and straightforward. However, I was disappointed in the treatment I received from the finance department. Luckily, I had done my homework ahead of time so I completed the financing with an outside lender and turned down the overpriced warranty options.
