Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor
Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. Left the dealership headed elsewhere, called the service manager to give him my take on his service advisor. He listened and did his own research on the situation, we came to an agreement and all parties in the end are happy.

Brought titan in early and they got right on it.
Brought titan in early and they got right on it. All fluids changed and advised transmission didn't need changing till 60,000. But had differential changed. Truck was washed and price was half of what the other dealership q UK oted.
