Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor

Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. Left the dealership headed elsewhere, called the service manager to give him my take on his service advisor. He listened and did his own research on the situation, we came to an agreement and all parties in the end are happy.

Brought titan in early and they got right on it.

Brought titan in early and they got right on it. All fluids changed and advised transmission didn't need changing till 60,000. But had differential changed. Truck was washed and price was half of what the other dealership q UK oted.

I’ve had good luck with Larry Miller Nissan. The service department is quick and efficient. Josue is great with explaining the tasks, and answers any of my questions.

I purchased my vehicle here in 2018 and I have done most of the maintenance here as well. I have had for the most part a good experience but I have also had some that were not so great. But I would say is ok over all.
