Put it very simple: they steal money. They tell you that you would pay a certain price, the sales person says that there are no extra fee, and then Ro
ger comes in. He talks quickly, makes up number that keep changing, and make you sign stuffs you never agreed upon (I know, I should have been more careful, but they are good at distracting you and after hours in the dealership your attention span goes down. I guess they play with that). They never showed us the final price of the vehicle, we just agreed on that verbally, and all at the sudden you end up with a price that is 8k more than you agreed upon. When we asked for explanation, Roger said that there are all of these fees none every discussed with us before. Never walk into this store! Great appearance, fake courtesy just to steal your money.

My first impression was good as I was met at the door by a friendly salesman who immediately let the internet salesman David Schmidt know I was there
for my appointment. From then on the experience was quick, helpful,l and overall a great shopping and negotiating experience. I had to go back later in the day so that my husband could sign. Our experience again was pleasant. Our salesman asked how the car was and I mentioned the one little problem, smoke smell that was not gone after they bombed it. After the signing was done he let us know that if things were not better to come back in and they would do what they could to fix the smoke smell. David is a great salesman who seemed to really care!
