I’m highly pleased with the exceptional service I received from this dealership. Jamie, our sales guy was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to find the corvette we wanted and with the budget we provided. He was actually pleasant, upbeat and made what could have been a stressful situation, fun. No one was pushy and made us uncomfortable. When you leave a dealership with a huge smile, more money in the pocket and with a beautiful corvette, what could be better? We had went to three other dealerships before and it was time consuming, stressful and no one provided us with good customer service. This dealership provided the red carpet treatment in what my girl calls a “five star day spa atmosphere”. Thank you so much! We will be back to get the lady her Mercedes this fall.

I found a car online they had. Wanted to trade 2 cars for one. Expected to be low balled and leave disgusted but was shocked at how nice and honest they were. We both looked up the same comparisons and came up with close to the same numbers. Pleasantly surprised.

I wasn't even looking for a vehicle and I came across CBB's page. and there it was the perfect car for us. Once we decided to give them a call, EVERYTHING was the SIMPLEST car buying experience we've ever seen. No haggling! No "let me talk to my manager." None of that. As a matter of fact, we live 3 1/2 hours from their dealership and they drove the car to my house to deliver it and sign the papers. That saved me 7 hours in a car with a 6 and 10 year old. EXCELLENT service.

I purchased our SL550 from Benz & Beemer In March and have been enjoying it immensely. Two weeks ago it started making a very loud noise somewhere under the hood. Even though it was Sunday I was able to drop it off for the service department to diagnose on Monday. Collin was my service manager and he really went above and beyond to investigate and discovered the car had a history of the same issue so it was covered under warranty. I am so impressed with the level of customer service Collin and Benz & Beemer have consistently provided since the day I purchased my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest dealer who treats their customers like family.

I called to inquire about a used vehicle and Ted called me right back with all the details. He sent a video of the vehicle which was great and followed up several times. The main reason I did not buy was that I wasn’t comfortable buying over the phone. I will be down in the area in September and will be following up with Ted on used vehicles that are available before arriving.
