Great service and employes

My new verano is great and my dealings with Curtis, Barbara and Brent were outstanding. I would recomend Yates GMC to everybody. Mike in service also is another great person to deal with. I have never had a bad experience at Yates. Howard Schafer.

Good Service

Shane completed the work in less time than he estimated. Was friendly and helped to set up the Sirius portion of the radio that was repaired by a new module. Barbara in the Finance Dept was very patient with me and completed the paperwork for an extended warranty for me even tho I was distracted by trying to obtain more info from OnStar.

repair on a recall

No complaints. They provided transportation to and from my house and both the employees at the center and Josie the driver were efficient and helpful.

Great service, friendly employees at all times.

I always feel when I come to Yates all the service people are very friendly, listen to what I have to say and do their best to take care of any problem. What I really like is I never feel pressured to do a service that is not needed.

A Non-Pressure Dealership

All who I had contact with were very professional. I didn't feel pressured as I did at the other dealerships that I visited. I was allowed to look over the inventory at my own pace.

Great and prompt service

We had a Recall notice to tend to. We were please to know that it only took about 45 mins to check the issue. And they even washed our vehicle, which we were very pleased. Thanks guys.

Great Service

We always bring our vehicles to Yates for service. One weeked we could not get in so went to another GM dealer for service. This dealer did not do a satisfactory job. We came back to Yates for our service and they not only did an excellent job on the new service item they fixed the poor service items from the other dealer!
