Don’t waste your time! Go to Acura in Pines!

Long story short, this was my 3rd time going back to Rick Case for a truck. Their Customer service was not good and Mo doesn’t know how to talk to people. I left a message for a manager to call me back and no response. Thought I would be treated better after buying 2 vehicles and this would have been my 3rd. I will be glad to give someone else my business who deserves it. see David at Acura of Pembroke Pines!!!

MO is the WORST

Regrettably I have to give this dealership a zero in rating. I will mention this is NOT because of my salesman but in fact the finance manager here. I was interested in purchasing a car and the salesman Mitesh was VERY helpful. He was willing to work with us by doing everything via text, phone etc. I had spoken to "Mo" the day before I was going to purchase and he already was a bit pushy in his tone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was having a rough day. I like to ask questions since its my money we are dealing with here. Anyhow, after several negotiations we decided on a vehicle and the price. The following day I went over to go and sign and pick up the car. This was after negotiations had been made since the dealership wanted to add a reconditioning fee to the price but with 2 year free maintenance. On our way there I spoke with Mo again over the phone and he was so snappy I had to tell him to calm down. He was condescending and rushing me/us. When I arrived to the dealership, I went for a test drive while my husband went inside to review the numbers. He also spoke condensing to my husband, and made it seem like he was a complete idiot. My husband asked about a $300 fee that was appearing out of no where and Mo said "well how am I going to pay for the Free maintenance." Just blew me away. Anyhow - that guy brings zero value to the company. The one that re-iterated that he was being promoted and has been "so quickly" (no idea why he needed to tell us that). Not professional at all. Its a shame. I liked Mitesh, the salesman alot. Its unforunate. I wont be recommending unfortunately.

Worse experience EVER!!!

Where do i start.... after days of debating and 3hrs of sitting in this facility. I have learned they to not notate when a person has spoken or came in to see the vehicle. I received a call to schedule an appointment to come in and sign the rest of the papers to finalize the sale. I drove an hour and some change to get the an hour before the scheduled appointment. Met up with the salesman sat down only to be told that they sold the car a few days ago. Can you imagine driving an hour to close the deal only to be told it has been sold and nobody told you before you made the drive? Poor service and I will definitely not be there ever again or refer them to anyone.

Dishonest company

Rick Case Acura was very dishonest. The sales rep has given us an out of the door price for 2019 Acura TLX but when we came to the dealership the price was increased by $2K. We've noticed that car had two defects: an instrument cluster glass looked like something was splashed on it and rear tire had a low pressure. We were told that it will be fixed during a pre-sale preparation. When car came back the low pressure indicator was off but the instrument glass was not cleaned. It was already after 5PM and we had four hours of driving to get home. So when we were promised that the glass could be fixed at any Acura dealership free of charge we got on our way. When local Acura dealer inspected the car they have found a nail in the rear tire and the instrument glass etched by some chemical. Both parts had to be replaced. Both repairs were not covered by a warranty. We called Rick Case Sales manager Matthew King and he said:"If it is not covered by the warranty then you have to pay for it"

No spair tire, Jack or tools

I purchased a MDX vehicle a year ago from this dealership. Today I got a flat tire, and when I went to retrieve the necessary tools to change the flat tire there were no tools available, and not even a spare tire! Extremely upsetting, especially for the caliber of car that I have purchased. Called, and left a voicemail. Still haven't heard from the manager.

sold me a lemon and tired to steal my money

I bought from Rick Case Acura in December 2018 and that is where all my Acura troubles began. Acura has become such a horrible car company! My 2019 Acura ILX left me abandoned on the side of the Florida turnpike after only two months of owning the car. I called Vanessa my Rick case sales associate to see what to do, after being given Acura roadside number, she quickly hung up the phone and never once checked on me again, clearly she already got her commission check so who cares about a previous customer. Now in March is when the announced a recall on the 2019 ilx now due to the faulty gas tanks, which was what happened to me, do you think Rick Case disclosed the issue? Nope promised me an amazing car (yea right). This next Instance has nothing to do with Rick case but does have to do with Acura. Two weeks ago I had a flat tire, Acura roadside kept giving AAA my wrong location, five hour later I had to call my own tow truck and pay out of pocket with promise to be reimbursed, here we are two weeks later and of course I’m being given the run around on my reimbursement. This is my third Acura, my parents and brother have Acuras, I learned to drive on an Acura, never have I seen such horrible customer from Acura in the past. Do not buy from Acura, take your hard earn money elsewhere! 4/20/2019 update: After emailing Vanessa on all my issues with my ILX, She advised me to come in an speak to Tom the general manager. I just left Rick Case Acura after being offered the most ridiculous deal of $776 a month with $2,000 down on a lease for the TLX....seriously?! You sold me a death trap and your solution Tom is to make me pay the amount of an BMW 7 s series?! In conclusion do not buy, lease or even look at Rick Case Acura their General Manger is a joke! Will be taking up my issues with corporate.

Unprofessional and Unorganized

I worked Karim and Khrystofer, sales consultants, to arrange a purchase of a new Toyota 4Runner. I called them to see if it was available and they assured me it was. After doing some research I decided to pull the trigger. They sent me the Sales Agreement and I returned it, signed, within minutes. I spent all day arranging my financing options, transportation options, and communicated back and forth with them several times. I had the signed sales agreement, insurance paperwork, and transportation agreement all put in place in one day. The next morning, Karim called me to check in and see where the loan was at. A few hours later, a different manager calls me and informs me that the car was actually sold a few days ago!!! My experience with this dealership was an absolute dumpster fire as I spent all day preparing for the sales transaction and then surprise, it was sold. I even tried calling Karim to follow up and he won't answer. What a disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership as they clearly are unorganized and not professional.
