STAY AWAY FROM RICK CASE ACURA. This dealership is all smiles until they have your money. I bought a certified vehicle from out of state — it showed up with dents, deep scratches, and no temporary license plate. That was over a month ago. Still no plate, no help, no accountability. My sales manager Vladimir Nevidomy lied about when the plates would arrive. Nobody responded to my calls or emails until I contacted Rick Case himself. Then the GM Shyl Patchell called and apologized for the condition of the car, saying it was unacceptable and promising to remedy the situation right away. He handed me off to another sales manager, Mo Saleh, who now dodges my calls just like the rest. I have been back in contact with both Mr. Patchell and Rick Case, with no response. This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. They do not care about their customers — only the sale. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Take your money somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP🚫⚠️🚫⚠️ I’m sharing this to save other buyers from going through the nightmare I’m currently experiencing after my car purchase from Rick Case Acura. A few weeks ago I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec with about 31,723 miles from Rick Case Acura. A few days after receiving delivery of my car here in NJ - the speaker and audio system STOPPED WORKING. After trying to figure out what was wrong and trying to troubleshoot it with guidance from AcuraLink reps to no success, I finally took it to a local Acura dealership in NJ. Apparently there was an internal water leakage issue that damaged the amplifier and has soaked the back/trunk area of the car. Upon further investigation by the dealership, they brought it to my attention that this was a previous problem with the car. They provided me with the repair order detailing the water damage and mold the previous owner experienced with the car. Before my car purchase I reviewed the CarFax report diligently and the sales rep Compton M. sent me a video of the car and service reports. He ensured me that that car was well maintained per the CarFax report, and the leakage issue and previous water damage was NEVER disclosed to me. I’ve called Rick Case Acura at least 40x regarding this problem. Being that I’m a NJ resident I’m not able to take the car to the dealership. I’ve spoken with 2 different GMs (Mo Saleh & Shyl Patchell) who told me they’ll help me address the issue, but now that my local Acura dealership here in NJ is reaching out to Rick Case Acura to workout how the address the problem. All my calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. I’ve tried in good faith to resolve this matter amicably, and I’m currently stuck with a recently purchased car with an internal leakage issue and no working speaker and audio. This is another attempt to bring attention to my current situation, and hopefully and finally get this matter resolved with Rick Case Acura.

Terry is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with at Rick Case Acura. His passion for his work shows. I felt he had mine and my family’s best interest in mind, he wasn’t pushy during this processes. He made it seamless. I highly recommend working with Terry to buy your next car.

Francisco is always pleasant, courteous, and professional. He’s very understanding, and makes sure that I do the necessary work to keep my vehicle running right.

My car isn’t starting 4 weeks after I bought my car preowned certified. Acura roadside assistance, nor the dealership are jumping through hoops to get my problem resolved. Be careful

I have a 2022 Acura MDX that is having an issue. Has a bumper to bumper 4 year 48,000 warranty. They want to charge me to determine what needs to be fixed. Out of all the cars a purchased , many different manufacturers I've never had to pay for a car under warranty. Definitely will not be back.

The salesman was great, but the sales manager is a liar and a con man. He told me that he was looking for the best deal on financing. After I had already signed the papers, I found out that he had financed for a rate twice what Honda/Acura credit offered which was advertised on the Rick Case Acura website. My down payment was half of the cost of the car, and my credit score is in excess of 800 also I have had several cars financed with Honda/Acura credit in the past with a perfect payment record. They finance with whoever gives them the biggest kickback, not whoever gives you the best rate!

HORRIBLE BUYER BEWARE. Sold my son a car with no tread left on the tires, he wrecked on the way home because of the tires. It was confirmed by the police, tow truck, auto body shop and insurance that they needed to be replaced. Wreckless behavior on the dealerships part. We now have a wrecked car to pay for and 4 new tires because the insurance will not cover the costs for the tires damaged in the wreck because they needed to be replaced anyways.

Leroy, had us wire $65,928 for a new car then told us he needed to hold the car and the money until he got tags for our state, this is not how the process works. We canceled the sale then he refused to return our money. 4 days after the wire to him I called and he was very rude. Recorded conversation and sent it to Hyundai Motors. Never have I ever had an experience purchasing a vehicle. Company seems okay. but Andrew, the sales rep and Leroy the manager seem to have their own agenda.
