Excellent service department
I have never had a bad experience bat this dealership. I have leased 2 Nissan Sentras from them and will likely be leasing another car from them next spring when my lease is up. Everyone is friendly, professional, and courteous. They always offer coupons when I get oil changes (etc) as well as discussing prices for other optional and/or recommended services. Carlos, Tia, Mike, and Crissy are excellent employees who make every trip to this dealership enjoyable and certainly worthwhile!!!

Nissan Quest Service
Lots of turnover of service staff has left this operation broken. Long wait just for oil change. Misdiagnosis, mistimed, missed the mark! Left late in a dirty car, and no one seemed to care. Used to love this place.

Service Department
I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am. I arrived on time and it took the service department 2 hours to do a oil change and tire check. I had to go to the service manager to find out what had happened since three customers came in after me and had their vehicles completed. I ask if their had been a change in personnel since I had been going to Andy Mohr Service Lafayette Rd since 2007. I have leased four vehicles from this location and always had excellent service. I was told the Service Department has had a major change in personnel and in the process of hiring new personnel. The organization has lost an excellent Service Department staff and I hope they can re-establish their good reputation.

Underwhelming service
I bought a used Nissan Armada. Did a lot of research online about different options before finding the one that I wanted to test drive and buy. Show up to the dealership which the salesman knew I was coming. Get in the vehicle and it’s literally on fumes for gas. Was told oh it will be fine so we take off to test drive it. We all liked the vehicle and decided to buy it. They take it around and clean it up and the salesman told me he’d put some gas in it for me. When I go to get in it there is barely a half tank. Gee thanks. The salesman literally did nothing other than take the sale and couldn’t even be bothered to fill it up for us. From there everything was good until the check engine light came on two days later. Now it could be nothing but I contacted my salesman the moment it happened and he told me to contact Kelly in service so I did and she couldn’t understand why I’d call her and not my salesman which I explained to her he’s the one that told me to call. Was told it would be looked into and thus far no communication since then. Fingers crossed that they take care of it but the lack of communication so far is troubling.

Oil Change
I am very satisfied with the service department at Andy Mohr Nissan. The service advisor was very courteous and helpful and I was in and out after only about a half hour. Great job!
