Oil change

I was completely satisfied with my oil change. And I will continue to receive my oil changes on my car with the Nissan branch. Thank you very much for your service

Found car through web search

Liked our sales person (Steve) but the manager that we had to talk price with was condescending and had that typical ‘used car salesman’ vibe. Finance manager was helpful.

Excellent service!

I have had this car for three years and same issue. Car has been in Avon shop at least ten times and they could not figure out the issue. They did!

Service Department

The service on the vehicle was great, however the lady sitting the serivce area was extremely rude and off putting. Once she detected my attitude getting to the same level of hers, she lightened up. However, the experience was already had. Unsure if I will be back.

I bought my Chevy Cruz at Andy Mohr Chevy and was very satisfied. When my car was damaged I chose Andy Mohr Collision Center. They were very nice, excellent repair and finish of my car's front end.

Car service department did great work timely

My car was due for oil change and tires needed to be checked everything was done in about an hour great service and they washed my car as well

Customer service

First and foremost I chose Andy Mohr because it was a name hopefully recognized. Dealing with Andy Mohr over the course of two and a half weeks I was called for an update on my vehicle once. Calling the shop always resulted in I was going to give you a call later or I was busy. This resulted in frustration!! after receiving my vehicle after being delayed three times and not being able to extend my rental car. The quality of service was good! Nonetheless if they gave better status updates they receive better ratings.
