My wife and I stopped there today because she was...

My wife and I stopped there today because she was interested in buying a Subaru. We were out on the lot for 15 minutes, and no one came out. So we went inside and were looking around for 30+ minutes and not a single person in the showroom even acknowledged our existence. Worst dealership experience ever.

Enjoyable Experience!

While I would rather just do everything over the phone (call, have purchase put on my card, have car delivered to my door) my experience dealing with Andrew was pretty darned close to my wish! No pressure, no back and forth, no mumbo jumbo - just a straight forward experience that was quite pleasant and painless!

I was charged $70 for a standard oil change. I have used dealerships in 6 different states and 8 different cities and was charged only $45 for a standard oil change. Price gouging.

First Class Product - First Class Experience

There is nothing I would change about my experience with Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. From the car I purchased, JX35,to the wonderful customer service provided by everyone at the dealership - everything was first class. The entire staff was kind, professional and geniune. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

issues when buying, but were resolved.

Found the car in the color I was looking for at this dealer online. Went to go test drive and didn't get a friendly response at first resulting in forgoing a drive. Was later approached by the online salesman who was courteous and worked with me through the trade-in. Review probably would ha e been better if I was able to deal with Andrew from the beginning.

AJ was very helpful with our purchase earlier this summer & working with us again on a potential second purchase. We appreciate his time & kindness towards us (always). He's an honest and up-front person who genuinely cares about potential customers and is knowledgeable of the brand. Andy went out of his way to help us with the potential purchase of the New Beetle & the uncertainty of buying the new model. A great pair!!

This dealership was great to work with. I was treated with the upmost respect from the minute I walked in. The salesmen were not your typical pushy unprofessional salesmen you typically find at most dealerships. I will definitely do business here again.

mark elwert is absolutely wonderful to work with! always patient and willing to go above and beyond to help. we purchased our car with his help and sent our daughter to him because of our experience with him. she also purchased a car from him! these days good customer service is hard to find. but not as far is mark is concerned!! thank you mark for making our experience a good one :)

I recently purchased a new Infiniti G37 x from Dreyer and Reinbold. Mark Elwert, the employee I worked with was extremely helpful and almost intuitive about my questions and concerns. He was very prompt in replying to my numerous emails. His overall demeanor and friendliness was refreshing.
