Vehicle i was looking at to purchase in price range was told it was there by a female seller and a male seller was going to take pics and send them to
me but another male seller spoke with me and was the car was just so being taken to an auction to be sold when i inquired about it. I wasn't happy bcuz that was a car i wanted in the price i needed advertised on their website. The male seller tried to sell me on a higher priced car which in turn i said bye & hung up.

Had a car in for its 1st service had a air leak in weather seal and needed oil changed. Took 3 business day's to let me know what was the issue is.
After from service manager clearly stating that my time was up on the loaner and it was costing the store. Brought back up today when per service manager would be in and out with in one hour guarantee to come to find put that over an hour and a half of waiting the wrong part was ordered. After talking to the service advisor who by the way didn't care at all in any dealings with, stated service manager just walked in after she stated that what do you want from me, we first off some common courtesy, the service manager couldn't talk to me because he had a meeting to go to. In summary if you care about your car as I do and just hope for a little customer care and courtesy DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HUBLER CHEVROLET IN INDPLS ON US 31 YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES !!! Never had to right a statement like this with any of my 20 plus years of owning cars be warned

I brought my truck to Hubler Chevy to investigate an unusual noise coming from under the hood after the dealer I purchased the truck from told me the
noise was "normal". Hubler diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes with a stethoscope. They ordered the part I needed and installed it later in the week. I didn't even purchase the truck from them and they treated me very well. My service writer, Dan, was excellent. I personally met the service tech that worked on my truck and he was knowledgeable and answered my questions. The loaner vehicle registration process was painless. They even had free lunch onsite. I highly recommend Hubler Chevy's service department.
