Was comfortable and completely satisfied. Mr. Gallenger and his team were awesome. I know what to do next when to do it. My place of service for ten(10) years.

Not a great experience

Definitely not a great experience. 1. We were at the dealer for 6 hours. Car wasn’t ready. They promised us it would be ready the next morning, and told us to show at 10. Showed at 10. Didn’t leave with the car until after noon. Even after this I still put a deposit down to order a ‘24 Camaro 2. They didn’t even attempt to submit for multiple interest rates. We found a rate 3 points lower and refinanced within a week. 3. Showed up to have a towing hitch installed and the part wasn’t there. Service manager took control and got this handled. That’s why this is 2 stars and not one. 4. Told us the floor mats that were on the invoice were on a “national back order”. Called GM and they said they could have them to us tomorrow. Called Hubler back and they gave us a set of used ones out of a demo vehicle. 5. I got into an accident and my car was totaled. Decided to get a ‘23 Camaro instead. Tried working with the salesman again to give one more chance. Asked if I would be willing to pay a transfer fee. I asked what that would be. He never told me. He did find me a car I wanted in Illinois. A few days later I asked if he had any luck getting it transferred. He told me they sold that car. I searched for more cars and found that the one he said was sold was still there. I went in and cancelled my deposit and then drove 4 hours each way to purchase the 23 Camaro from the dealer in Illinois. When I got there they told me that Hubler had called about 2 hours before I got there to see if they would transfer that car to them. Obviously they said no as we already had a purchase agreement in place. We are reasonable people, just do not appreciate being lied to or told what people think we want to hear. We called and left a message for Brooke Hubler as directed in the email that was sent to us, but it was never returned.

Bait and Switch

Classic bait and switch operation here, based on my experience tonite. Their "internet salesperson" tells you one thing to get you in the door, then that deal evaporates into thin air when you get in the building. I almost felt bad for the on-premise sales guys (Kevin and Rob) who are being put up to this underhanded business tactic. Be ready to walk out when they do this to you. Huge waste of our time. Very frustrating.

Don't waste your time here on a car!!!

This place is shady especially the used car manager John. You can likely get a better buy elsewhere that doesn't cut corners on a Certified vehicle. Bald tires, bad brakes, covers up previous "unreported" accidents through their body shop, etc. Great but expensive extended warranty though. Make sure you buy one because most anything you buy used here is going to have lots of problems the the free Certified warranty is not going to cover. It does cover getting a new junkyard used motor or transmission from LKQ. Not new under the 2Yr/100k mile warranty. Again a running motor from a junkyard! Rarely a new motor. Buyer beware!

2021 Traverse purchase

Andrew and the team at Hubler were great to work with. They worked to find the best deal utilizing all available rebates and incentives. We hadn't planned to purchase that day. We were just stopping in to see what was on the lot. With the ridiculously competitive car market we decided to move on this vehicle. This meant a 6 yr old sitting through the process. They were so patient and kind to her. Even getting her some gummy bears! I upgraded quite a bit as far as vehicle technology 2011 to a 2021. Andrew sat with me and walked through all the new safety and convenience technology. Great experience! Thank you Hubler Chevy!

PURCHASED SUV

Do not buy a car from this dealership!! Boy were we hussled! We paid cash for an older used vehicle that they said had not been wrecked, Gave us a “disclosure” sheet that indicated there was seepage leak in the transmission, AFTER working our deal. When we began to back out saying we werent interested in purchasing a car with transmission leak or seepage, the service manager came to us assured us there was no leak and seepage, didnt know why it had even been marked. They even put the vehicle up on the lift rack to show us from underneath, “no transmission leaks”. Our salesman, the sales and service manager and a mechanic stood there telling us there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Bragging on how honest they are to even have a disclouser sheet. Stating they had inspected it, changed oil, put new wheels and tires on it” Carfax report stated no accidents. We drive it home 1.5 hrs away and noticed the front bumper seemed to have shifted and didnt meet up in the corners and the hood seemed to have dropped down below the bumper edge. We were able to get the car in today to our local body shop for it to be looked at and find out this car has been wrecked, so wrecked that they will have to take the entire front end off the car and remove a rigged up non manufacurer placed engine cover that had been screwed into the body of the car with wood screws to even see what the full damage is. The honeycomb plastic part behind the front grill is broken and gone. And the hood of the car had totally dropped and out of alignment w bumper and front quarter panels. It will cost us major bucks to even see what the engine looks like. We were flat out lied to and hustled out of 9k on this car. I never thought that a large well named dealership would hustle 2 senior citizens like this. They are the worse of the worst and the most dishonest sales and service team I have ever dealt with in my 60 yrs. We now have a vehicle that cant even get an oil change without tearing apart the front end and removing an rigged up engine cover. We dont even have the money to pay to get it torn up to look at what the full damage is.
