Tori is a great asset to the service team! Service appointments can be intimidating when you know zero about cars . Tori made the process a breeze & helped with a couple additional questions I had!

Service department is ridiculous.

Service department is ridiculous. They had my car for close to 7 full days with out communication or anyone to look at it. I was then told the engine light was on because the air filter door was open?? 165.00 added on to the preventative maintenance of 600.00

If you need service do not expect any urgency or

If you need service do not expect any urgency or communication. They had my car a few hours short of 7 days to tell me the door on the air filter was open and caused the engine light to come on. 165.00!!!!
