***Recent BMW I5 Electric purchase from Braman
***Recent BMW I5 Electric purchase from Braman Dealership*** - Persistent cluncking/banging sounds while idle and in motion, known to possibly be thermal management cooling system issue, defective high voltage battery module. AC flap motor problem, failing relay….. EXTREME HIGH FAN NOISE and not capable to charge at Electricy America. Overheating problems and should not have been offered for sale or be on the road!!! No Explanation after a month, gave me the car back unfixed- safety is a concern with Electric cars especially they don't have a solid state batteries, it's lithium-ion and liquid cooled batteries so they can combust and when they combust they do on a run off so they are impossible to put out right away. What happens if I have my kids are in the car and it takes longer to get them out. Worst part is, I provided video recordings of this issue but they simply want to fool around with my safety. ***The service techs there are clueless when it comes to EVs, even more irresponsible for BMW NA to put out a product that is essentially a hazard, not well engineered. Their customer relations, service techs and advisors aren’t well versed on EVs. Totally reckless!!! ***No Bueno***
