Great Service
I always get great service at BMW particularly from our service person Kristopher Baires. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I never have to wait long checking the car in. Although the pricing is high for service the quality is there.

Fee and cost outrageous
Return your rental to BMW and have to pay a $350 fee, to return it! This is xxxxxxxxx and I will never come back to you guys!

I would like to mention that Daniel (service professional) was very professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Additionally, the female representative who assisted with the loaner car was delightful, fast, very thorough and did this all with a big smile. In contrast, and I noted this last time I visited Braman Mini as well, the Cashiers could very much benefit from basic customer service training. They did not greet their customers, there was no eye contact and it appeared if they were told that they were not allowed to smile. While this might be a taxing job, their total lack of acknowledgement that they are dealing with customers was startling to me. This is also the reason why I did not give five stars for the overall rating and customer service.
