I've been a Braman BMW customer for 10 years. I have always received exceptional service at braman BMW however this year I felt they went above and beyond in order to make me happy. This time the agent Vic, the manager Steve, the finance manager Edgar and Sady all went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best experience possible. After a bad experience with a service advisor who is no longer with you, Mr. Agustin Falcon saved the day with a great attitude and solved my problem immediately He referred me to a very competent service advisor who kept up to date with regular messages. You definitely have a great team. I have bought 5 cars from you and will continue to do so. I am not particularly fond of car dealers but Braman is definitely an exception

Contacted Braman for a 2017 Rolls Royce Dawn. I sent my info 2 times, but to no avail? Why are they advertising on Cars.com, if they do not contact me inquiry?

I am not easily impressed but I have to admit that the Braman Service Center experience has improved very dramatically in the last few years. I own an X5M and I take very good care of it so I expect others to do the same. In this instance my car was in and out exactly as I had anticipated and everything was fixed exactly the way I wanted it. Very happy customer.
