BMW ALL THE WAY!

Have been leasing a BMW for over 12 years. Willie Peraza has always welcome me and made be feel at home in Braman's - Biscayne Blvd. Sergio Garcia has also helped with my lease. As long as I am treated the same I will continue in the BMW family. THANK YOU!

Superb Customer Service

I've been a Braman BMW customer for 10 years. I have always received exceptional service at braman BMW however this year I felt they went above and beyond in order to make me happy. This time the agent Vic, the manager Steve, the finance manager Edgar and Sady all went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best experience possible. Their professionalism and real desire to help me was appreciated. there's a reason why Braman BMW continues to be the number of one bmw dealer in customer service in all of Florida and best in class. kudos to everyone that assisted me in ensuring that the day was all about me and that I left the show room a very very happy customer. There is a lot of competition out there and the competitive advantage that braman BMW has is by far customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile. Vic, Steve, Edgar and Sady rock! its people like them that make people like me tell everyone I know about Braman year after year! Lastly, culture and leadership come from the top so I hope Steve and Edgar are recognized for rolling up their sleeves and working hard to make it happen!!!

Excellent experience after a bad beginning

After a bad experience with a service advisor who is no longer with you, Mr. Agustin Falcon saved the day with a great attitude and solved my problem immediately He referred me to a very competent service advisor who kept up to date with regular messages. You definitely have a great team. I have bought 5 cars from you and will continue to do so. I am not particularly fond of car dealers but Braman is definitely an exception

Service

Great customer service. Very convenient that they work on Sunday really late. I was able to pick up my car late on Sunday. Employees are all courteous.

Kris is an exceptional advisor.

I've been going to Braman for more than 20 years to have my vehicle serviced. Kris is by far the best advisor I have ever had. He is courteous, knowledgeable and gets me in and out fast.

Bruce in Palm Beach.

Contacted Braman for a 2017 Rolls Royce Dawn. I sent my info 2 times, but to no avail? Why are they advertising on Cars.com, if they do not contact me inquiry?

Very impressed!

I am not easily impressed but I have to admit that the Braman Service Center experience has improved very dramatically in the last few years. I own an X5M and I take very good care of it so I expect others to do the same. In this instance my car was in and out exactly as I had anticipated and everything was fixed exactly the way I wanted it. Very happy customer.
