Typical shade dealership

This Mini Cooper they advertise on different websites is gone, they keep the ad as a bait, the minute you inquire about the car they start to offer more expensive cars, never telling you that the Mini is not available, Very deceiving!

They lie about fees.

They lie about fees. Even if you ask. I tried to lease a car and it was 20% more for the same car than Broward dealerships due to fees. I tried to buy my lease and they tried to tack on an extra 3K even though they explicitly said they would not. STAY FAR AWAY.

All I can say is THEY ARE THE BEST. BRAMAN and JESUS PIMIENTA are a great combination for a memorable car buying experience!

Worst dealership experience in my history of buying cars.

Worst dealership experience in my history of buying cars. For a high end dealership they act like they are selling Hyundai. Even if you're paying cash you can't get a deal done without loosing days of your life. If I ever step foot in Brahman again it will be too soon.

Irresponsible Company

Braman auto transport truck side swiped my car in Miami Beach. The company refused to take responsibility and i am stuck paying for the damage. I spoke with Duston Falcon from service department. I left a message for Liz Villar, risk manager and did not have the courtesy to call me back. Buyer beware!

Braman Motors are crooks.

Braman Motors are crooks. Hit my car and refused to take responsibility. I contacted the service manager Miami and he did nothing. I am out of pocket to repair car. Damage less than deductible.

I was very poorly attended by Jay in the financing

I was very poorly attended by Jay in the financing department. I was forced to buy an Escalade from another dealer on the terms I asked him to do and he couldn't. he had no interest in helping. Nothing, nothing. I already bought a BMW in 2019 and this time it was terrible. no interest. such a big dealer with a terrible professional represented.
