Happy and satisfied customer

I was dreading going car shopping because I didnt want to feel like I was walking into a shark pit. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Braman Honda. They make you feel like family. Such a stress free and happy environment. My sales lady Carolina was soo sweet and helpful. The finance guy Carlos put me totally at ease when he said, dont worry, we are here to help you and we will do what it takes for you to drive home in your truck And thats exactly what happened. What a beautiful blessing Braman Honda was in my like. Best car buying experience ever.

Alex Vizoso is a BULLY

Alex Vizoso is rude and condescending. He absolutely has no customer service. This person ( because refuse to call him a man) has become manager of services by being a bully. He patronizes you and is arrogant with his speech. You are not able to explain anything if he does not like what you are saying. This bully should be lowered to a rank more suitable for him to learn some humility to serve others and not think he is some sort of god you have thank. I feel bad for the entire staff that is under his management. I could be certain he bullies his way around because he’s such an insecure and terrible person in and out.

Amazing Service

This is my second lease from Braman as my original experience was great and this time around it was superseded by the personalized professionalism that our Salesman Billy treated me as well as my son who came to help me decide which vehicle I would retire with. Beginning with Billy taking into consideration my concerns and thoughts as I hadn't made up my mind as to whether to buy out my 2016 Civic whose Lease was up in September or get into a newer model. While I was still shopping around other places, it was Billy and the rest of the staff there that made me feel not only as family, but worth my time and business. Thank you to him and everyone involved as my wife and I couldn't be happier with our CR-V.

why are they going bad on services

They used to be good I even gave them 5 stars review a year ago but I don't know what happened they are so bad now. I went online to schedule my 10K miles services, they have a web form $39.99 oil change and $19.99 rotate tires, so I scheduled it When I went to do the services the guy told me like $120 and that included a discount. I asked him why if online it shows something else and he started adding things like liquid you have to put on to clean the motor, and other things that are not on their web page, nor on the service book that comes with the car. They I show their famous coupon service book they talked to me when I bought the car and I couldn't even use it, it's a piece of crap. Unbelievable, it is a shame the way they have change in just one year. By the way if you contact them for services they just give your phone number to a vendor to call you a try to sell you a car, they won't call you or respond with questions about services. I'm not coming back or recommend you Brahman Honda. I hope you recover from your fall.
