I went to this particular dealership to inquire about a letter I received about upgrading my 2010 dodge charger. My intentions were only to go in and get information about their recent promo and not buy a car. Once I met my salesman Joseph,i felt very welcomed. No aggresive pressure to purchase a vehicle. Just calm and very informative about the vehicle I was interested in and how the promo from my letter worked. But once Joseph took me on a test drive in 2015 charger I was hooked. After the test drive I got to meet more of dealership team that helped me drive out with the car of my dreams. Everyone was so friendly and had a positive vibe. I've visited other dealerships before and after this one. My initial contact with Giovanni was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and didn't pressure me on my initial visit. I returned a couple of time and on my final visit, I went without the expectation of purchasing a vehicle. Giovanni was busy but he asked JC to help me out so I wouldn't be waiting for a long time. JC showed me a vehicle hat I was interested in. Between him, Giovanni, and the Sales Manager, they made the purchase happen. Couldn't be happier with the experience in my purchase of my new vehicle.

From the moment we spoke to Gio on the phone we knew that he would be a helpful salesman. To our surprise he more than exceeded being helpful and was 100% accommodating during the entire purchasing process. Whether it was a question about the features of a car or having him get us a model to test drive, Gio went above and beyond all while maintaining a positive attitude and being very friendly. He is definitely not your typical salesman and does not put 1 ounce of pressure on you, but he does fight to get you the best deal possible.
