I was so pleasantly surprised by the professional, yet friendly and compassionate treatment received by myself and my son, my daughter, my god daughter, and my 3grandsons who were all accompanying me. we were given much attention, and felt that we were appreciated for being there. My salesman-Sergio-was extremely efficient.

The atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and the personnel is knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. The only detractor is that they offered me to take care of my other leased car, but at the end of the transaction I had to drive away with both cars, and the check that I was offered to pay off the remainder of the lease on the other car was not given to me at the end of the transaction but was told I will have to wait for the check. I would have been happier if this information would have provided at any time of the negotiation.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted in a timely manner (not ruched at by 5 employees) and instantly felt comfortable. The salesman (Dan) was knowledgeable about the cars he showed us and was never pushy. He explained all of the options and possible charges/discounts. He was also eager to let us text drive any vehicles necessary. In the office, Dan prepared our paper work and even helped to set up the car insurance with us. It was a great experience overall but the best part was definitely driving away in my new, awesome, car! :D <3
