I was thinking about buying a Buick Encore a year ago, but I wasn?t sure of best my options. And on last Saturday I went through Doral Buick GMC with the only intention to be informed, without having yet made a decision. My husband took to service my car today at Doral Buick GMC and they don't offer appointments anymore! It was FULL of people but he was SUPER LUCKY that the person that helped him was BENNY!.. HE is a HIGHLY responsible and amazing person and he made the situation better. There were rude people pressuring him for something he can't control or is responsible for but he managed to stay calm and be nice to everyone including him. I highly recommend the dealership and most of all Benny!
