Sorry about the delay in my response. Henry is the epitome of perfect customer service. He greeted me with a small, introduced himself and inquired about why I was there. Once I gave my name, he immediately knew I had an appointment for an oil change. I thought that was great. He also came back intermittently to inform me about the status of my service. Job well done!!

Good Service Facility, GREAT Service Advisor

I left my 2011 Acadia for an issue with the Power Steering and Oil Change. As always, I made an appointment with Benny Perera. TIP: ALWAYS SEE BENNY. He's always been professional, courteous and thorough when I deal with him. I received the car back at at the time promised, as good as new. Really, what more can you ask for from a Service Department. Doral GMC is lucky to have a Service Advisor like Benny.

I know this dealer for about 6 years and find it very convenient because is close from my work place, but the main reason is that the service is Grade AAA+ , All staff is nice and friendly , they treat you like a family or best friend relation, Also they always give me a free advice for saving money and keep my car in perfect conditions, For me this valuable relation is the key difference, I do recommend you to become part of this Great Dealer Family. !!!
