Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are disappointed by your review, particularly because our team made a significant effort to address your concerns and provide you with the pricing and terms you were asking for in an effort to make you satisfied with your purchase. We listened to what you wanted, worked with you in good faith, and made concessions because we wanted to earn your business and resolve the situation. We do not believe it is fair to characterize that effort as the dealership simply pushing a financing problem onto you. Financing is ultimately subject to lender approval, and when a lender does not approve the original structure, the dealership has to work within the options available to complete or unwind the transaction properly. We also need to address something that we believe is important. We understand that you own and operate a business yourself. We would simply ask you to consider how you would feel if one of your customers had a disagreement with your business and then asked your employees, friends, family members, or other people who had never personally done business with you to leave negative reviews about your company. We believe you would agree that those reviews would not fairly represent the experience of an actual customer. We respect every customer's right to provide an honest review of their own experience. However, having sisters, friends, or other individuals who were not involved in this transaction post negative reviews about a situation they did not personally experience is not appropriate and does not provide an accurate representation of what occurred. Our dealership has been part of this community for more than four decades, and we take every legitimate customer concern seriously. We will always listen, we will always try to find a reasonable solution, and we will go the extra mile when we believe it is warranted. In this situation, we did exactly that by providing the pricing and accommodations you requested in an effort to satisfy you. We are certainly sorry that you remain unhappy with the experience, but we also believe it is important that the public understands that our team made a genuine effort to resolve your concerns and work toward a solution. We welcome honest feedback from our actual customers. What we cannot consider fair is having friends or family members who were not involved in the transaction intentionally post negative reviews to damage the reputation of our dealership because of a disagreement involving someone else. We remain willing to discuss the matter directly with you and work toward a reasonable resolution, as we have attempted to do from the beginning.
