I am not someone who writes online reviews, but the incredibly poor experience I had (and continue to have) at Metro Ford is something that I had to share to warn others. I decided to do a lease end purchase of my Ford EcoSport on 8/28. There was no financing involved so the process should have been quick. I was there for approximately four hours due to various fees I was being asked to pay that they could not explain. They were asking me to pay a $299 E-filing fee, a $799.95 pre delivery services fee, and an additional $500 fee which they still have not been able to explain what it is for, but they swore that it was on the contract. I fought the $500 fee and had to speak to three different salespeople, which took hours, before they finally agreed to remove it because they could not show me on the contract where I had agreed to pay that fee. The $799.95 pre-delivery services fee is described as "costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale." As I drove the car to the dealer and left in the same car (now having purchased it) there was zero inspecting, cleaning, or adjusting of my vehicle as described in the fee. All they did was the document preparation, pretty steep at $799.95. In addition, I have not been given a copy of the signed bill of sale. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to the agent, Jose Diaz, to get a copy and a month later I have not received anything. They only send me a copy without signatures. I have also not received my title in the mail and have called the title clerk at the dealership numerous times and left various messages. Again zero replies. Beware of suspect fees and expect a bad experience.

Thanks for the quick response to my rating. I wish your customer service throughout the last month had been as expeditious. I would like to correct your response above as I did not receive all of my documents at the time of the transaction as explained in my original review. I only received the signed bill of sale this past Monday and the "numerous documents" mentioned above were blank bills of sale, which were not useful. Additionally, earlier this week you asked me to resend you the proof of insurance I send you a month ago in order for my title to be processed. Glad that at a minimum my public comments have caused you to answer my many previously unanswered messages. Not a great way to run a business.

This place does excellent work and they are very customer focused. I had my car painted there and it came out beautiful, it’s like new! From the time I arrived everyone there was pleasant to deal with. The body shop director Roger and his partners did an excellent job explaining what would be done and how long it would take. They gave me a reasonable written estimate and stuck to it. Their lifetime warranty is second to none. Boy where have you guys been all my life. Short Story BIG results!! THANKS DOUGLAS MONTES. Well, I will start saying I bought 5 different cars from a local FORD dealership in Hialeah. I am telling you now, occasionally small businesses from your community take you for granted. Big Mistake. I found Metro Ford online and talked to Juliette (a super nice and welcoming person). As I arrived to my appointment she was busy and destiny redirected me to DOUGLAS MONTES. Young, clear, not to talkative and noisy, just THE ONE. I think GOD put him in near that parking spot I needed. Time at the dealer was short and pleasant. Interaction with other staff was cordial and brief. I dont honestly know if this guy DOUGLAS MONTES was trained recently and I hope HE doe not loose it with the time. BUT I strongly recommend every body to go for a car there and ask for him. After all transactions and closing, he walked us to the car and showed us everything, installed apps, connected everything, helped us organizing (respectfully). In other words, I going again to Metro Ford soon to use my FordPass points. Hope to see people well trained as this sales representative. ALSO>> I AM NOT HIS FAMILY OR FRIEND... I barely know him but Thanks guys, Thanks Douglas.

Una historia breve con un resultado Excelente. Gracias a Douglas Montes. Bueno, resulta que yo siempre cambio mi auto en un dealer local que esta cerca de la casa. Al parecer, ocurre a veces que los comercios dan por sentado qu eya no vas a tener otras opciones. En fin, despues de buscar en la interenet encontre a Metro Ford en Miami. Enseguida me llamaron y coordine una cita con Juliette. Al llegar ella estaba ocupada y coincidio que termine cerrando un buen trato con Douglas Montes. No se si fue el destino o que fue pero no pudo salir mejor. El muchacho super amable, sin tanta palabreria vacia y lleno de paciencia y buen caracter. Con una habilidad para el servicio al cliente poco vista. Nunca antes un vendedor termino el trato y me acompano hasta el carro para ayudarme a entender como activar las aplicaciones, como usar los accesorios etc. Gracias Douglas, espero que no cambies y que muchas personas puedan disfrutar de tus servicios. ACLARO: No conozco al muchacho de antes, no es mi familia, no es mi amigo, SOLO ES UN EXCELENTE VENDEDOR. Gracias Metro Ford por entrenar a los empleados tan excelentemente.
