Nice sale rep!

Very good dealer. Everyone is nice and professional. They are knowledgeable about cars and they tried their best to fit my own needs. David helped a lot to make a deal with me. I could not buy the car here without his great job.

I had a 4 year old Hyundai, that I overpaid for, to trade in. Glenn Stitely sat dwon and showed me my options and what would be best for my economical situation. He was friendly, informative and most of all trustworthy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Martin Mazda. Everyone we dealt with at Matin was fantastic! We absolutely love our new Mazda 3 hatchback. It was a perfect fit! Life long customers going forward for us!

Breath taken Customer Service

I just purchased my second car in the last two years from Shari. She is no longer my sales person but she is my Martin family. Shari was empathic to all my needs each time we meant. She is always full of energy and ready to help, not to mention while always remaining professional. Her customer service was refreshing before, during, and even after the purchase and I never felt like I was bothering her or that she was giving me the ?I don?t have time, what do you want attitude?. I was very satisfied with her service and have recommended her to other friends & family who are now new vehicle owners and have been delighted with Shari as well. My husband and I plan to move to Newark DE next month...

My husband and I plan to move to Newark DE next month because of our jobs. We decided to buy a new Mazda for me in that area. Our friends who live in Wilmington strongly recommended Martin Mazda where sales representative Brian Matt helped them purchasing new Mazda. Our experience at this dealership was wonderful. Brian Matt is very friendly ,knowledgeable, and professional.He is great personality to work with. He answered all our questions.He was not pushy at all.He really wanted to help us find the car we wanted with all the features.We went to Martin dealer late Friday evening just before closing , and Brian Matt worked with us overtime.He was not only interested in selling the car, but also in having a client who will be happy with their car.We felt very welcome and treated with respect.He is the best sale representative we met.We definitely will buy from him our new Mazda next month.We would recommend Martin üMazda to anyone looking to find a good vehicle at a fair price.

Great experience with a very friendly department. Glenn went above and beyond making sure I got exactly what I was looking for in my CX 5. He took care of all the paperwork and made the process very smooth and efficient. He was very attentive and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase.The whole experience with all the team members was wonderful. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

Exceptional Experience - Martin Honda

My overall experience dealing with Martin Honda was phenomenal! David Romanoski was my sales representative, and I could not have asked for a better salesperson. He was extremely friendly, had great customer service, and took the time out to listen to my needs for my new purchase. Each encounter with Dave was memorable. We shared laughs each and every time, but also were serious when we needed to be. My parents had just dealt with him a few months back, so I knew I was getting a nice representative when I arrived for the first time. I would recommend Dave to my friends, and even my sister, who may be purchasing a new car within the next year and a half. Great experience and I love the car! Thanks - Sulove

As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous about...

As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous about the prospect of buying a car. Everyone that I talked to placed car shopping in the same boat as dental work and funeral planning in terms of unpleasant things. Dan did his very best to make the experience as easy and as smooth as it could be. Throughout the process Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, he did not make me feel pressured into anything. I was able to get a new 2014 Mazda 3 at a reasonable price, and all without pulling my hair out! In short, I would highly recommend visiting Dan if you're interested in a Mazda.

Glenn made the whole process of buying my new CX-5 quick, simple, and and enjoyable. He was very attentive to what we asked for and always responded to our phone calls and questions promptly. He got me exactly what I wanted and did it quicker than I ever expected. He was very nice and he made sure that I was fully prepared before driving my car off the lot.

We have been shopping for a new car for about six months. From the moment we walked in Martin Mazda and had the good fortune to be greeted by Glenn Stitely, we knew we were going to have a great experience. Glenn was friendly, very informative and spent alot of time with us. He realizes buying a car is a big decision. We didn't feel pressure or hurried. I am a happy customer writing in about a wonderful and pleasant experience I had with a salesman named Curtis Hutson at Martin Mazda. I purchased my very first Mazda a few months ago and I must say I was hesitant because I had a Honda which I was used to having and very pleased with. I couldn't decide if I wanted to stay with Honda or go with a Mazda. Mr. Hutson went over all of the pros and cons of both cars with me helping me make the final decision of purchasing a new Mazda 6. Mr. Hutson not only did a phenomenal job in selling me a car, he sold hisself. He advised me that if I had any problems with my new purchase to contact him directly and he would assist me in getting my problem resolved. To this day, I feel very confident that if I or anyone that I know am ever in need of a GREAT car salesman, I will be sure to find Mr. Curtis Hutson! Thank you Mr. Hutson for a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, YOU are definitely an ASSET to Martin Mazda and I'm sure anywhere you may venture, your customers will be SATISFIED!!!!! Job well done :)
