Chris Mann was a total pleasure to work with. I went in with a small budget and wants that even I thought were unrealistic and Chris, without hesitation,... gave me exactly what I wanted. He listened and remembered things I said and brought them back up later in conversation, showing me that though I wasnt the biggest spender of the day, I was important to him. Chris made my dream of finally having a car to fit my semi- large family a reality. If you are on the fence, go see Chris and skip the dealerships where you get harassed to buy a car with calls, texts, and emails.

Michael Williams greeted us when we walked in the door with courtesy and professionalism.. Asked all the right questions and helped us in selecting the... vehicles to look for that matched our needs. When showing the vehicles he brought the vehicles into the service bay to spare us from the heavy rains in the area..nicely done! Once we decided on a vehicle the financial process went well with all approoriate discounts and savings applied up front with no surprises during the actual purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience with my satisfaction in mind from start to finish!

I purchased my 2004 Ford F-350 from Porter and have taken my vehicle back to the Porter dealership for all the services over the years, despite the extra... cost. Yesterday, I took it in to have the breaks checked and I needed to have the rear break caliper replaced again. I found that difficult to believe since I just had it replaced a year and a half ago. I asked why it wasn’t covered under Ford’s 2 year parts warranty. The service writer at Porter Ford told me it wasn’t covered under warranty because the last time when they replaced it, Porter Ford used an aftermarket part from Autozone instead of a genuine Ford Motorcraft part. I asked why they would do that and then charge me a premium price for the work and after checking with everyone there they had no explanation...just that it wasn’t covered. Obviously Porter Ford is putting on aftermarket parts in their service work, charging a premium price for dealer service and then when the cheap parts fail, you paid a premium for assuming they were genuine Ford Mortorcraft parts, and then they tell customers it is their problem. A complete business service scam of the worst type. After doing business with them for 7 years I will never go back. Buyer beware.

My purpose was a Ford recall. I phoned the dealership within 24 hours of receiving the mailing. Was told that the regular service appointment personnel... not available, but left my info for a return call. I emphasized that this work needed to be done before July, as the Fusion would be needed to drive to Chicago. After a full week not hearing from the dealership, I had to re-contact them. The service agent did not have a clue about my time element. Gave me appointments for the 3rd then the 2nd week in July. I had to go to the Service Manager, who was immediately and effectively responsive. Told it would be about 45 minutes and I could wait there. Once arriving for the service appointment, I was advised it would take about 75. At 165 minutes I was headed to my car. Have bought 3 cars at Porter's in past four years or so. First time things this lax! TGLIII.
