    Michael Williams greeted us when we walked in the door with courtesy and professionalism.. Asked all the right questions and helped us in selecting the vehicles to look for that matched our needs. When showing the vehicles he brought the vehicles into the service bay to spare us from the heavy rains in the area..nicely done! Once we decided on a vehicle the financial process went well with all approoriate discounts and savings applied up front with no surprises during the actual purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience with my satisfaction in mind from start to finish!

    I have brought Ford mustang Ecoboost premium 2016 brand new from Porter Ford on 03/01/2017. They have sold me a car which has bad transmission, problem with power start, remote not working, bad battery, Engine check light is on on the dashboard, Internal cracks on the windshield and this is a structural damage. I was able to figure out all this issues not less than 15days after buying this car(brand new). Overall experience buying this car is very bad. I was not happy buying a car from ford. when I spoke to the salesperson(who sold me the car) at porterford about the problems with the car , he is saying " we are not mechanic to check the car and sell it to you ". Is this the way to deal with the customers after selling the car?. Please mind that I have brought the car from you and your responsible for this. I have dropped the car at the dealer and I don't want that car anymore. Thank you

    I was in the market for a very specific F150 FX4 (USED). I emailed this dealer and probably 20 other one in a 200 mile radius. I'm in CT and this was my farthest away so they were automatically last resort. GARY SPENCER was one of the first to respond and being so far away, I explained that to him. In the next few weeks, only about 12 of the 20 dealers contacted me. As I explained to them all that I was looking for only 1 vehicle in their inventory and that cut the list in half as the rest were just trying to bait me to come there so they could show me different trucks. I ended up driving almost 2 hrs to one dealership who swore the truck was there and available, NOT!! They tried hard to show me other vehicles. When leaving a mechanic approached me and said the vehicle sold 3 weeks ago but they had such good response that they keep in on the internet to get people in. Then I had another one that I drove over 2 hrs away that I made sure was on the lot. I told them I wanted to buy it as long as I like it and offered to put a deposit on it. They wouldn't take a deposit and said they only show it by appt and the only appt for it was at 5pm. I set my appt for 2pm and headed out. Got 20 min away and got a email saying someone stopped in off the street and is out now on a test drive. I get there to see him signing the papers. This whole 2 to 3 week process, GARY kept emailing me every 4 or 5 days and not hounding me at all, just inquiring about how I'm making out. At this point I was so frustrated and PORTER FORD had one of the nicer ones I was looking at and I had a great conversation with Gary and I just decided to buy it sight unseen because he gained my trust that much!! We negotiate on the phone and i took pics of my trade in and the offered me a gaureteed trade in price which I agreed on and I was on my way 4 hours to do the swap. At times I got a little nervous but Gary stayed in contact during the drive and even called my insurance company and added it. I get there and the pictures didnt do this truck justice. It was beautiful and in great shape. Everything went without a hitch. Rob (I think) the finance guy took good care of me and the GM (cant remember his name) took the time to show me all the features! Unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend GARY & PORTER FORD!
