Lexus of Kendall used to be a very professional and customer-focused dealership. I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, and unfortunately, the quality of service has noticeably declined over time. During my most recent visit, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. At that time, the technician identified an issue with the battery. However, I was not informed that the battery could be replaced under my existing warranty. Months later, I discovered on my own that the battery was still covered. When I contacted the dealership to address the issue and asked to speak with a manager, I was directed to the assistant manager, Tara. Regrettably, the level of professionalism and customer service I received from Tara was extremely disappointing. For a brand like Lexus, known for its luxury and customer care, it’s disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and courtesy in management. I hope Lexus of Kendall takes this feedback seriously and works on restoring the standard of service that once made them stand out.

An amazing car buying experience. They were very professional and very responsive to my questions and queries. Mr Alex Valdes was exceptional. I was a little skeptical because I was buying completely online but he made me feel relaxed and he ensured all paperwork was squared away and shipped my car. I have received my car and everything is as promised. I’ve very happy with it and I’ll recommend this dealership and Mr Alex Valdes.

Requested information about a car listed on Cars.Com. Never got a reply back regarding my questions. All I got was Automated follow from the internet sale manager and general manager. Very pathetic. They won’t work to get your business. Glad there are others who dealerships that will. Don’t waste your time here move on.
