HORRIBLE AFTER SALE

I hate to write this review because the actual sales process was amazing - Maria Velasquez & Giovanny Tapia in finance were awesome, but the delivery & after sale is where they completely dropped the ball. Full disclosure: I'm in the car business myself, was an Elite of Lexus member for both sales & finance while working for Penske Lexus in San Diego, a former sales trainer for Joe Verde & currently work at a 2-time North American Cadillac Dealer of the Year in Chicagoland. Had the vehicle shipped, but put a little too much trust in the certification & didn't have it inspected beforehand... so the money I had to spend on a clay buffing & airbrushing to get all the scratches & paint chips out are on me... But delivering a car where the tire pressure monitors are lit up like xmas & the interior so disgusting - every panel actually sticky - that it looked like someone held a daycare snack time in it should be an absolute embarrassment to any respectable dealership and/or salesperson. To add insult to injury the only contact I've received since I got the vehicle wasn't to explain the certified features & benefits o follow up on the sale.. .just a generic email fishing for a good review. Seriously?

Stay away, they told me $650 for my service, made...

Stay away, they told me $650 for my service, made appointment, took the car, and when I get there they tell me they cannot keep this price and the new one is 850, unacceptable, I am guessing this is how they make business, they tell you a lower price so you take the car, looks like a scam to me. 850 was said verbally by advisor. If they cannot manage to give you an accurate price, dont want to imagine what they do with your car Moving to JM Lexus!

2020 Lexus NX

I just purchased a Lexus NX from Patty Warman. She was excellent took her time to explain all the details of the car to make sure we understood it. Very caring and patient. Patty did a very thorough job.

Horrific Experience

I purchased my niece first vehicle here. After about a month my niece started having power issues. So I contacted dealer and was told manager would give me a call back. After not hearing from him I emailed couple of the managers there and never heard from them. So I took vehicle to get it check and it had a bad battery. Went ahead and purchased one even though I was told by sales man that he asked tech to put a new battery. Car had other miscellaneous issues but nothing serious. Forward to 13 months later transmission is going bad. After taking to get checked and finding the transmission was going bad. My niece contacted dealer to see if they can help us out. They just kept transferring her call. When she finally got to talk to somebody she told her somebody would call us back. Three calls later my niece ask me to contact dealer. We have not heard from them via email or phone call. I don't have the funds to just fix or purchase another vehicle. I took the reputable dealer route so that I have piece of mind that my niece has a save vehicle. Otherwise I take my chances with a my and pops place. Now I am stuck making monthly payments for the vehicle and insurance. I won't not be purchasing or having anything to do with this dealership ever again. Absolutely disgusting experience. Thanks to this dealership my niece first vehicle purchase experience didn't go well.

Why anyone would pay $1400 in add on "delivery" and "doc"...

Why anyone would pay $1400 in add on "delivery" and "doc" fees at this dealership is a mystery to me when other dealerships charge as little as $150 for doc fees. Made me an offer then wouldn't honor it. Claim the car has been sold but contacted the sales and was told it was still available.

Deceptive and rude. I spoke to a saleswoman who explained...

Deceptive and rude. I spoke to a saleswoman who explained a special was $0 down. I asked three times - does this mean zero down? No taxes? No fees? She assured me yes, and to come in that evening. She texted me so I can communicate directly. When I arrived, this saleswoman didn't exist. Nowhere to be seen. Someone else was texting me, and funnily enough, the $0 down deal didn't exist any longer. This was a clear tactic to get me in the building. I pointed the manager to his website, and he explained, "my marketing is my prerogative" - I was blown away with that response, and simply walked out. An hour of my life wasted by deceptive snakes. Go to one of the other Lexus dealers in town.
