2020 Lexus NX

I just purchased a Lexus NX from Patty Warman. She was excellent took her time to explain all the details of the car to make sure we understood it. Very caring and patient. Patty did a very thorough job.

Horrific Experience

I purchased my niece first vehicle here. After about a month my niece started having power issues. So I contacted dealer and was told manager would give me a call back. After not hearing from him I emailed couple of the managers there and never heard from them. So I took vehicle to get it check and it had a bad battery. Went ahead and purchased one even though I was told by sales man that he asked tech to put a new battery. Car had other miscellaneous issues but nothing serious. Forward to 13 months later transmission is going bad. After taking to get checked and finding the transmission was going bad. My niece contacted dealer to see if they can help us out. They just kept transferring her call. When she finally got to talk to somebody she told her somebody would call us back. Three calls later my niece ask me to contact dealer. We have not heard from them via email or phone call. I don't have the funds to just fix or purchase another vehicle. I took the reputable dealer route so that I have piece of mind that my niece has a save vehicle. Otherwise I take my chances with a my and pops place. Now I am stuck making monthly payments for the vehicle and insurance. I won't not be purchasing or having anything to do with this dealership ever again. Absolutely disgusting experience. Thanks to this dealership my niece first vehicle purchase experience didn't go well.

No Service After Purchase

Imagine taking your Lexus (that you bought at Lexus of Kendall) in for a flat tire and having to wait THREE MONTHS to get it back! During the time my car was in for a simple flat tire, they destroyed the rim of that tire (had to replace it), had an accident with my car and had to replace the back bumper, and scratched and dented the car (which resulted in two paint jobs, with bad results). Check out how they returned the car to me after all that (see photo)! I kid you not! And that is a screw drill bit they left as well. Then, to add some more insult, the service manager stopped corresponding with me, the GM never contacted me after Lexus Corporate promised he would, and now Lexus Corporate is saying they can't help because this is an independently owned dealership. RUN AWAY FROM LEXUS OF KENDALL!!!

Hello Mr. Feldman, I can only assume that your review was written prior to our face to face meeting we had on Monday February 18th at 5:00 p.m. As mentioned last night I am sorry you have had these continuous issues with our dealership. I am sorry that our staff has not been able to live up to your expectations. It is very rare I have this kind of issue with our staff as they are very tenured with our company and deliver stellar service to our customers month in month out year in and year out. Your advisers that handled this situation are equally upset that they have not been able to satisfy you. Your above statement is correct, we changed a tire and per your statement we damaged the rim. Considering that we haven't damaged a rim in years, we didn't question you we replaced the rim at no charge to you after failing to repair to your satisfaction. You are correct, while your car was in for service we failed to park it away from poor drivers, and a different customer backed into your car causing minor bumper damage. Per your request you demanded a new bumper which we agreed to put on instead of repairing. You are correct that we did not deliver the car back to you in a timely fashion, on a positive note you were provided a complimentary New Lexus loaner car for the entire time to drive while it was in the shop so you wouldn't be inconvenienced. Each time you picked up the vehicle we were told you were unsatisfied and each time many days or even weeks later you have found further damage. When we left off last evening, I told you I would call you today February 19th to discuss further what direction you wished to go. I called you today per your request at 2pm, then again 15 minutes later. I left you a message. I'll try again later on, in the meantime you can reach me at 305-728-5743. As a side note, I know that we also provided you free Extended Service Contract valued over $2,000 as our way of apologizing for the damage cause to your car which at the time I was told satisfied you. Cannot Meet the Lexus Standards

One of the best services I have ever received was from Luis and the valet from Service. They were extremely courteous and respectful with my parents and myself. He offered us concessions and took great care of us. What blew me away was being welcomed back and being acknowledged by our last name. As simple as it is it has made a lasting and memorable impression. Unfortunately, I cannot say the say same when it comes to the new car sales department. As someone who works in sales for a luxury boutique hotel I understand the importance of everyone that walks through my door and deserves the upmost respect and service that is unforgettable. However, the minute my father and I walked through the door a gentlemen on his cell phone and two others were surrounding him at the counter and only one looked us and did not even acknowledge our presence. To add further insult to injury a sales representative was walking around without his mask and until I looked him in the eye did he actually put the mask on. During these times of COVID-19 it is not only careless, but reckless. My father and I walked around without being assisted and I was interested in purchasing the LS-500. It is extremely disappointing when I could not be assisted or even receive the simplest form of respect. The new car sales department of Lexus of Kendall loves the idea of luxury, but they cannot meet the standards of luxury. I now understand why my parents purchased their LS-460L from Lexus of Pembroke Pines and I will be working with them on my purchase.
