I spent six hours for an oil change and the two occasions

I spent six hours for an oil change and the two occasions that I want that was not good experience my last two the first one the guy told me my truck was missing my Oil cup, which when I came home the oil cup it was inside my truck so I ended up buying one at the dealer which I was not supposed to this last time. The guy messed up my oil canister which it was not leaking oil and he said it was like that so I ended up getting another one. It’s just not good experience

Took care of my car in time that was advised.

Took care of my car in time that was advised. Was updated with my car service. I was upset when time to pick up car it was still wet and I had dry my windows.

The people are great, especially Donovan, but I had an 11: 14 appointment for an oil change. They also changed my cabin filter. I left around 4pm. That's ridiculous. I have to rethink having work done at Longo again. I'm sorry is not enough.
