Kelly Sandefur was the "consummate professional" as a

Kelly Sandefur was the "consummate professional" as a Service Advisor. She was through and provided detail information about the recall notice that was being addressed and reviewed other service matters that were identified during the vehicle inspection. In addition to her knowledge she was also genuinely personable in relating to what matters most - family. If I have the need for anything Mercedes-Benz in the future I would start by contacting Ms. Sandefur.

I recently brought my EQE 350 to Walters and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. Joseph Loera, my service advisor, explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. It is rare to find a dealership that combines technical expertise with genuine care for their customers, but Walters Mercedes-Benz delivers on both. The process of buying our C300 was very straight forward

The process of buying our C300 was very straight forward and seamless. There was no haggling and nobody was pushy. There’s nothing worse than going to buy a new car and feeling so much pressure. We felt none of that. This is our 4th car we have gotten from Walters. I highly recommend

I was so pleased to have an appointment to have my car

I was so pleased to have an appointment to have my car checked before traveling out of state. They did it in short order and was extremely impressed with the technology of hearing from the tech and hearing his review of the car. The last times I've been in so I happened to get a new service writer and I asked how long he had been with Walters because previous service writers have been new and then gone. Not only was this one efficient, but has been with Walters many years. I will for sure always ask for Joseph Loera, a super nice man, efficient, and on the ball.
