My advisor was quite helpful. He answered all questions I needed answers to. He quickly locate and read my service history from another dealership to address my concern regarding the timing belt on my 2012 beetle. When additional repairs that were outside the scope for my original visit arose he communicated these needs along with explanations. The whole staff was very accommodating, they gave us a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs being done on our vehicle. Great Service manager.
