Top-Notch Experience

It was a pleasure to work with William Miller, our sales representative, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to answering our questions, he also helped us find a car that was a good fit for our family. We were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at the dealership. We loved how clean and modern the dealership is. We had a smooth and organized sales process. We have already started recommending friends to your dealership!

They took away part of the shuttle service

Agents are nice. service is good. but management is slowly taking away customer services like shuttle to and from the dealership.

Great service and customer care

The likes the whole experience most especially the the salesperson Mike who made us love VW more than anything else, he treated us with respect and courtesy, he was patient with us, understanding and explained everything to the latter. He even let us take the car for a night so that we can have an experience and make an independent decision. We appreciate him . The dealership is great too.

Travel too far for this service

The service was done in a timely manner and so far, my car is running well. The extra fees tied to my inspection was not appreciated. Because I live so far away from this dealership, I most likely will get my annual service at a dealership near me.

ALWAYS personable. Dylan went over all my concerns and we initiated a plan. Anthony was extremely helpful. He's an asset to VW. I originally leases my 2018 VW JETTA SE TSI at this dealership and subsequently purchased it.

Customer Service focused
