My VW Golf required replacement of the side view mirror on the passenger side. I had no difficulty making the appointment. My service rep, Daniel Simmons, kept me informed while my car was being repaired. Check in and check out were all done well.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff…the only thing I noticed
Knowledgeable, friendly staff…the only thing I noticed was that there is now a fee $999 when it used to be free for doing your job of titling etc.

Nick did an amazing job teaching us about the Buzz and
Nick did an amazing job teaching us about the Buzz and how to use it. He was knowledgable, friendly and made buying the car easy. Our test drive was great and he was very good at explaining different aspects of the car and made us decide to purchase the car. Nick let us look in the boot of the car and even showed us the different ways the seats configure. He went above and beyond. When we went to purchase he divided himself between us and another customer but he left us with Scott who was also an amazing individual. We felt service like we have never had previously and when we next need to purchase a car we will return.

I visited with my granddaughter who was looking for a used vehicle. She was helped by Nick Rios who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle and she had ultimately decided to purchase a 2020 Tiguan. While she was finalizing the purchase I looked around at the inventory and liked the new Atlas. Since Nick was busy with my granddaughter I told him that I would be back the following day to talk about the new Atlas. Nick was very helpful and explained the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Which I decided to purchase the SEL R-Line.
