TIMMONS is a DIRTY UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP
Horrible, horrible customer service. They’re kind to your face and screw you behind closed doors. Timmons is NOT to be trusted, not the service department, nor the service manager, general manager and certainly not the owner. Dirty Dirty Company.

The team at Timmons of Long Beach are great! There are so many options on the market now in new car features and pricing but who has the time to wade through all the sales talk? Starting online, Joe at Timmons encouraged me to look at several models, asking about my driving needs; we talked about what I expected in my commute. When I recognized that the VW Taos checked all the boxes for me, I was ready to sit down and talk about pricing. Tony and I had a chat about financing options, trade-in, and the car loan my credit union offered. Just amazed that the Timmons team created financing with a golden rate the way they did! Tin walked me through the warranty, offering me options for my down payment. I drove away in my new car, satisfied that not only did I find what I was looking for, but I had found the right place for service and support. No one but Timmons!

Went to test drive a Mercedes
I went to test drive a Mercedes I found on cars.com it was a Subaru dealer and they had the Mercedes there. Sales person was not knowledgeable on Mercedes at all and wouldn’t let me talk or talk among my family after the test drive. I felt rushed and I didn’t like that. I left without making a purchase .

Timmons of Long Beach are SCAM ARTISTS Due to their own neglect and complete lack of intelligence, they are demanding I owe them over $1000, 45+ days after signing lease papers on a new Volkswagen. They are attempting to RIP ME OFF and I will not stand for it. I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!
Caught off guard by genuinely nice people!
It was two days before Christmas, on a Saturday night and near closing time. And not once did we feel pressured. None among you gave off a vibe that perhaps you'd rather be home with your family, Christmas shopping or just out celebrating. No, William Huynh and everybody there were with us, attending to our obvious need. (You should've seen what we drove up in!) And you showed us that you cared. You folks will long be remembered by me and my family. And you can be sure that we are grateful for the opportunity to have come to know William Huynh and Timmons of Long Beach as our dealer of choice for our car buying needs. We are very happy indeed; and will be rather vocal to our family and friends about it. Again, Thank you so much.
A Darned Nice Bunch Of Folks!
From the moment we pulled onto the lot, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We drove about 80 miles to see a 2014 Jeep Patriot on the lot that had caught our eye after about two months of on line and physical searching. I'll just say that it was totally worth the drive! On a Friday night, close to closing and two days before Christmas, we felt no pressure, no attitude, and no fancy schmancy sales talk, just smart and professional people wanting to sell us a vehicle. After all, that is why they're there, right? Negotiations were short & to the point. And we drove off that night with the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted and the terms we were surprisingly happy about. There's no reason in the world why I wouldn't recommend this dealership. They were exceptional!
