    David is a salesperson that isn’t there to trap you into a car you don’t like or sell you into one you don’t want to get. No pressure what so ever, but... he was there with knowledge about the vehicle. I bought a beautiful 2019 Ford Escape titanium and it’s worth every penny

    The sale person gives you all kinds of stories to get you to buy it( compensation for all added accessories,etc.). Interesting in buying the truck and... the dealership would not negotiate with the customer. On top of that, a week later after returning the car we get a big bill from the corporation for supposedly dents. The dealers ship clean their hands and didn’t even look at it upon return

    Bought a $50K used truck; worst dealership experience I've had thus far. A detailed review would be far too long, will attempt to be concise. Truck had... multiple unacceptable issues when sold, some were fixed by dealer, some I had to have home dealer fix. Vehicle was obviously not inspected prior to sale. Was not willing to buy a truck with dealer repaired cam phasers, was lied to and sold a truck that had cam phasers replaced immediately prior to sale; cam phasers still make horrible noise, home dealer states "will not repair vehicle for noise". Contacted management, was offered to buy a ESP, at higher cost than I could procure on my own. Received plates a week prior to temp tags expiring if truck issues weren't enough. Tag issues still are not resolved due to money factor. Finally contacted Ford Customer care seeking resolution to how unhappy I am with this dealer and now, Ford, after they "forwarded my complaint to Ford Performance". Afforded dealer the opportunity to fix my terrible experience and finally resorting to sharing my experience on any/every platform available. Spent $56k dollars, looking at trading the vehicle in for one that is reliable, or at the very least forced to purchased a $1600 ESP because of all the issues, immediately upon taking ownership of the truck. Last but not least, do not let Joe's Military service pride fool you into a false sense of security; he was unwilling to do anything for a current Service Member even with all the issues. Regret of purchasing from this dealer can-not be overstated.

    After shopping around at several dealerships we were able to get the vehicle we wanted in our price range from Sheridan. Quasha helped us every step of... the way. She is phenomenal. We went back the following day to take care of some paperwork and ended up buying a truck for my husband. So glad we went with them.

    This is what the car buying experience of the 21st Century should be like. Gina contacted me immediately, took some of my information over the phone and... I was there at 9:00am the next morning. The experience was easy, low pressure, and enjoyable!

    OMMJSN, I am sorry that you feel our fee is too high. We disclose our Doc Fee on every website that allows us, and we present it with all pricing inf...ormation at the store. While some states have lower fees, we are in line with our nearest competitors, in some cases we are even lower.     We bought a vehicle a month ago. They waited to pay off our trade in till the very last day. We then get told that the amount they paid on the trade in... was $80 short. They are now trying to say we have to pay them the $80! U guys r the ones who called and got the amount owed. We think its because they waited till the day after the next payment was due (3 weeks) instead of paying it off right away. They claim it is not the reason. Regardless of what the reason it was ur mistake not ours! We still haven't gotten the tags for the new vehicle. We wanted to get one of our states natural resources tags (they cost an extra $20) They sent us a form to give them authorization to charge our credit card (without an amount). We have NEVER had this much trouble buying a vehicle before. Satisfaction is certainly NOT guaranteed or even a factor to this place!
